The food is generally great, but I’ve noticed that the waffle fries seem to taste a bit different lately. It feels like they’ve changed the recipe, and honestly, I’m not a fan of the new flavor, so I’ve stopped ordering them. Additionally, they often under-portion the fries and don’t fill the fry box to the top, which is disappointing—especially when you’re not getting what you paid for.
My usual order is the Grilled Southwest Salad with avocado ranch, mac and cheese, a brownie, and the grilled chicken sandwich meal with lemonade. It’s always satisfying, and I appreciate that the drive-thru moves quickly, even when there’s a long line. The locations near me are conveniently situated with plenty of parking, making it easy to pop in or grab something on the go. Overall, it’s good food, good service, and convenient locations, though I do miss the old waffle fries!

Placed a mobile order for breakfast and decided to pick it up inside after the drive through didn’t move for 10 minutes. Then i waited even longer on the inside for my order! This is the slowest chickfila ever no matter what time you come, I recommend you go to another one even if it’s further away from you because it will be faster than coming to this one.

It’s a Chick-fil-A…what else do you need to know? This location have a very small, narrow drive-threw. The building is tucked in the front corner of a VERY busy shopping center. It can be intense to maneuver during peak hours. But as is always, the orders are correct, food fresh, and staff oh so friendly. Even with 45 cars lined up for lunch, you wait about 5 minutes TOPS.

Atmosphere is calm, very chill environment. If you need a small party platter, they can fill it in 10-15 mins. Very quick.

Just one day maybe just one day I wish the Chick-fil-A’s in Hampton could get the baking time right on the cookies like the Yorktown location. The Yorktown location cookies are always soft. I know I can’t be the only one in these reviews that like soft cookies. Are there really a batch of people that like hard chocolate chip cookies?

This is by far the BEST chic fil a i have been to, and I eat at and have been to a LOT of chic fil a restaurants. I love the staff, who mostly know exactly who I am when I walk through the door and hand me my order without having to ask. Thanks Ms. April and team! A+++++++

Ordered from Door Dash at this location. This is the first time I have had a problem with Chick-fil-A. Had to spicy chicken sandwiches, fries and drinks (iced tea and lemonade).
Sandwiches first: Chicken itself was fine. Had tomatoes on both sandwiches (said no tomatoes) picklea on both(said only on one) ordered 3 waffle fries(got 2) ice tea had way too much lemon making it sour, and the lemonade was a disappointment. Unsure if I will go back, give them another try or what…………… 3 out 10 for this location.

Unethical, liars! went there to pick up an order. They had three people to check and tell me that someone else took my order. They then reported to the delivery service that I lied. If they were not playing around and dancing, they could have found my order. But I see ain’t no love like Christian love.
