It was the night before Valentine’s and all through my mind, I was feeling quite hungry and desired a restaurant to find…. lol.
So, we settled on this location of Olive Garden and I’m glad we did. For a table of 3, we were seated immediately by a very nice hostess, who assured my 5 year old daughter that she did, in fact, look like Little Red Riding Hood.
After being seated, breadsticks and salad arrived to our table within moments. Carlos, our waiter, was polite, pleasant, efficient, and attentive. The food that we ordered was delivered timely and it was hot and fresh, even though they were scheduled to close within the next hour. Really great service, tasty food… no complaints!

Connor Is the Reason I Believe in Olive Garden (and Humanity)
I need everyone to understand something: Connor is not just a waiter. Connor is an experience.
From the moment he walked up to our table, I swear a soft glow appeared around him like he was sent directly from the heavens… or at least from the back kitchen carrying unlimited breadsticks like a hero on a mission.
Connor greeted us with the kind of warmth that could heal childhood trauma. He didn’t just ask how our day was—he asked like he actually cared. Emotionally? I felt supported. Mentally? I felt stabilized. Gastronomically? I felt guided by a true pasta professional.
He kept our drinks topped off before we even noticed they were low, which makes me suspect he possesses either superhuman perception or telepathy. When he brought out the breadsticks, he didn’t just drop them off—he delivered them with the grace of someone presenting sacred artifacts. By breadstick #4, I was ready to follow this man into battle.
His recommendations were immaculate. He talked about the menu with the confidence of someone who has journeyed through every noodle, every sauce, every soup like a culinary explorer. When he suggested the entrée, he looked me dead in the eyes like, “Trust me.” And I did. And he was RIGHT. Connor has never lied in his life—I could feel it.
By the end of the meal, I felt a deep, emotional bond with this man. Not in a weird way—just in a “this person single-handedly made my day 10x better” kind of way. Olive Garden, if you ever lose Connor, I will riot. Peacefully. But passionately.
If you go to this Olive Garden and don’t ask for Connor, I’m telling you right now: you’re missing out on a life-changing experience. This man deserves a raise, a promotion, and his own limited-edition pasta shape.
Thank you, Connor. You are the reason I will be returning.
And also the reason I’m still thinking about those breadsticks.

My family’s overall experience here was truly remarkable thanks to our phenomenal waitress who took the greatest care of us, and the overall quality of the food. It was our first time eating at this Olive Garden location after a long day, and the food and service made our night even more special. The food was delicious, thorough, elegantly executed. And a very, very HUGE shoutout to our waitress for the most memorable night of our entire lives. Positive to say that we will be back again, very soon. You can count on it.

My son choose Olive Garden for his birthday lunch. It was packed for a weekday, but only had a ten minute wait. There were plenty of open seating areas so I guess they must not have had a lot of servers. Our service was great. Waiter was attentive and the food was great. We all got lunch specials which are much smaller portions. You get to choose unlimited soup OR salad. Everything was hot & delicious.

Updated Monday, March 2, 2026 – The Genernal Manager of the location contacted to me to address concerns expressed regarding a missed delivery with their catering partner EZCatering that occured last Friday, February, 27th. Tyler reached with a resolution that reaffirms Olive Garden’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I truly appreciate the time he took to investigate my experience and offer to see the matter through. A heartfelt thanks to the Holcomb Bridge location for handling this with professionalism and excellence.

Hannah is the poster child for great service with genuine customer care! While newer to serving here, she knows how to follow up. We’ve eaten at this store many times but this was the best!! The salad arrived immediately. The food was the right temp and delivered in a timely manner. It was a wonderful dining experience. 2-8-26

Did an online check in and got a text saying that I could come inside and my table was ready. Promptly came in and told them. Without checking the computer they asked if I was at the wrong location, I wasn’t. Showed them the online checkin and the host stated “oh online thingy, you’ll still need to wait 30 mins” and wrote down my name. Once seated, was greeted by server and immediately ordered food. Server seemed reluctant to give refills on soup and drink. Had to ask her instead of it being offered to me. Got one refill on soup and drink for entire dinner. Server (named Sha) was rude and doesn’t seem to enjoy being in this style of job. She was very rude to customers sitting next to us (the customer was rude back as well). They asked for gluten free pasta and she asked if they were allergic to which they responded yes. She then said that she would have a manager come over to speak to them since they’re allergic and the customer asked why and she was rude in her response to them, letting them know that she wasn’t going to take legal responsibility because they didn’t want to speak to a manager. She did this in a very rude way and when the customer became defensive/rude back, she told them I’m not reprimanding you (but also not in a very nice tone). My partner and I were holding back laughter looking at each other because it was so insane, and her tone of voice was so rude. I quietly said to him that she has met her match with this customer. Once the meal was ending we were prompted by the server to pay our bill on the kiosk (and usually we are told the servers must take gift card payments) but once we tried to hand her the gift card, she told us to do it on the kiosk. Which we did. This left a remaining balance that we had to pay via card. We tipped 20% even though the service was not up to a 20% standard. But we do like to be kind and did not feel the need to punish her because maybe she was having an off day. She then grabs our receipts and says that we did not give her a tip. She was looking at the receipt that did not have the tip listed, and I showed her the receipt that had the tip. At this point, I was hoping she would not explode at me the way she had done to the other table. I wish her all the best but maybe serving isn’t the right fit.

Amazing food. Amazing service even on a crowded weekend.
Ordered-
Minestrone Soup
Stuffed ziti fritta
Cheese ravioli
Side of mixed vegetables
Warm Italian doughnuts
Everything from the soup to main course tasted excellent and as expected. The service was also amazing and quick given that we dined on a crowded weekend.
Only downside was the Warm Italian doughnuts which were too big in size and wasn’t sweet enough compared to the small and appetizing ones which they kept displaying on the TV!
