Bathroom was so disgusting and tells you the franchisee and staff are dirty people.
Ordered three subs and they only got two subs made correctly.
The black kid who made my sub was listening to music on his ear pods and could barely understand my order and didn’t really care. Of course he got the sub made wrong and is clearly a very bad employee. FIRE HIM!
When I called the restaurant to complain the store guy actually hung up on me as I was complaining.
Can’t make this sad story up.
Do not go to this very dirty, over priced sub shop with the worst employee crew in the world!!
I normally wouldn’t pay $10 for a salad, but I told myself I was getting quality. I was wrong. Spent the entire meal picking out rotten lettuce. I would have done better throwing a pack of lunch meat on top of a bag salad from Kroger. (Only reason I have two stars instead of only one was because my wife’s sandwich was decent).
Most of the time I have had zero issue, besides having to occasionally wait over 15 minutes for my sandwich to be prepared, I get an hour break so it’s never a huge deal.
With that said, I am never going to this location. Let me break it down if why and why I think you should be weary.
On February 25, 2026 at approximately 2:30 pm while I was on my break, I entered and there was no one waiting at the counter. After around a minute of waiting for someone to come out from the back and take my order, a woman who had manager on her name tag asked me what I would like. I proceeded to order a Large Hook and Ladder with no Mayo and add honey mustard, a Large drink and a bag of Sunchips. She asked if that will be a combo, and I said yes. She goes onto input the order into the computer and asked if I would like to donate and I denied, she said my total would be around $21, out of instinct I tap my card and when the POS prompted me to the donation or tip screen, I started to question why it was $21 since usually for the same order that I had literally the day before it was $18, not $21. Annoyed, she looks behind her and points at the menu while trying to tell me what everything costs, all while she had a very rude and condescending tone. I respectfully was disagreed and future questioned why I felt I was being overcharged, yet she kept wanting to argue. I was getting a little annoyed and just finished paying so I can see the receipt.
While she took the next customers order, I took a look at the receipt.
I found that on the receipt she had charged me for the combo, and right below she had charged me $3 for a large drink. The combo comes with a chip and drink and there is no reason to have an additional large drink of $3 added to my total obviously.
When i realized that I was in fact overcharged me by $3, I waited patiently by the counter for her to finish helping the customer so I can ask for the $3 to be refunded.
Upon telling her this information, she proceeds to get annoyed and tells me that she is not authorized to issue a refund and I would have to wait for the manager to come in. This obviously got me a little annoyed, so I asked her to call or do whatever needs to be done to get me a full refund cause I no longer want the food anymore. As this was happening, the other employee who was in the store comes over and asks me whats going on, and I explained to him the same thing and asked for refund, and he told me he can’t issue a refund either without manager. So I was honestly just exhausted by this interaction, and demanded that he call whoever he needs to get me my money back, which he did and told me the manager will be there in 10 minutes. Again, I only have hour break and at this point i only had about 40 minutes left, and still had not eaten the whole day.
I waited, the owner arrived amd remembered me since I come here often enough. He looks at the computer at my order and confirms that indeed I was overcharged and issues my complete refund. Afterwards, he saw i visibly annoyed and wanted to talk to see my side since we always have had nothing but positive interactions.
We step outside and talked. He asked me for my side of the story since he apparently was told by the girl that was helping me that I was being rude, loud and cursing. I explained to him exactly what I did on this review and I asked him to look at the camera and look at everything. He told me it records audio too, so he would be able to hear everything. We looked at the video together and it all aligned perfectly with my side, and no cursing from myself and it showed she was being rude, unprofessional, and not following policy.
He was very apologetic and wanted to make things right, but I explained why would I want to get expensive sandwiches and spend my money when being treated like this. So I am never going here until she is fired.
Interactions and experiences like this really turn me off and hope anyone reading this takes note.
