One of our favorite dining locations on the island! WE LOVED OUR EXPERIENCE! We loved how fast the service was, how friendly the workers were, and how delicious the food was! The quantity was crazy for what we paid. We eat a lot and we could barely finish the two huge lunch plates! The grilled ahi ahi tuna was so fresh and fell apart in our mouth like butter and the loco moco was divine with huge portions and heavy carbs! It was more casual dining but it was a perfect setting for us after the beach!

This place is my GO-TO for plate lunch! I work down the road and even when I order DoorDash, the food arrives HOT! I ordered Zippys from down the road and you could tell that the toast wasn’t JUST toasted.
You won’t get that experience with this place. To be honest, they should have more than 4.2 stars.
Side Note: You can get a plate lunch and boba! Take your chick here if she likes to eat! After a long day at the beach, this place has grinds.

I brought the family lunch after our family swim at Hanauma Bay. These steak plates remind me of the blazing steaks. The shrimp was cooked with the shell and legs on. I had to deshell to eat my shrimp, although it was flavored pretty good.We purchased a good variety of food. Kids and wife liked it, but I won’t go back. Overall a good experience.

Very good Hawaiian comfort food. The beef chow fun and the fried pork was so good. They are not stingy with their portions and both plates were large enough for two people. Would come back to try the mochiko chicken.

Great mochiko chicken, and possibly the best garlic chicken I’ve ever had. Crunchy, flavorful, freshly fried, not oily at all. Mac salad was good too! Unfortunately, the white rice was chewy; something so simple, yet absolutely crucial to the plate lunch experience. Would definitely go again, hopefully the chewy rice was a one time thing.

This was my first mochiko chicken experience and I was blown away. Got it as takeout and drove back to the hotel and it was still crunchy, flavorful, and warm. I could have eaten about 3 of these plates, it was that good. This location had a pretty big menu and a teaspresso on the inside as well.
