Price –
Extremely marked up prices. At least on the uber eats app. Seeming double what the pizzas actually cost. No deals either.
Service –
They got everything out in a timely manner so no complaints here.
Pizza –
About the quality you’d expect from Pizza Hut. Not knock your socks off, but definitely not bad either.
Melt –
They used to have a philly steak thing which was good, but I guess the melts are in now. They didn’t even have calzones. Got the meat lover’s though. Stuck to the container…not a great start. The melt doesn’t look nearly as appetizing as the advertisement. They didn’t include enough cheese for the meat so half of the meat falls out when trying to manipulate this monstrosity.
The bread is thin & cracker like. It has a different flavor than the normal pizza hut items. Not terrible, but not good either. The sauce included is sweet, but definitely improves this menu item.

Ordering from this location is good considering how busy it gets in the neighborhood. I don’t understand why they dont honor the specials that are shown in the ads, like the New Yorker special. SMH

Horrible came last week manager was shacking her neck at a customer and the cook came from the back told the lady she was wrong, I saw the whole thing waiting on cheesy bread that took 53 minutes I might add, now this weekend same SO CALLED MANAGER AGAIN, CJ SHOULD BE THE MANAGER HE WAS THE CALM ONE ON BOTH TIMES.

Haven’t been to a pizza hut in over 20yrs! I was quite surprised due to some of the negative views. My pick up time was 10:30am .ordered on line. The staff were very friendly and they have a New manager, Ms.T. very nice and friendly the only negative thing I could say it had a little too much sauce around the edges and it was brunt a little bit around the edges as well. I did request lite sauce, should have said little to no sauce. And don’t brunt edges. But I should have added a comment a pond ordering. ( my fault) but it was good! Got my free cinnamon sticks for my birthday! I will return!

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I called to order pizza for my students at 11:00 am. When I called to check the status I was told my order didn’t exist. I explained to the manager I had given the person my card information and was concerned and he began to berate me telling me how I couldn’t have ordered and after accusing me of lying he told me I was being rude. Horrible experience, not sure who was trying to steal my credit information. Never received my pizza and the money is missing from my account. Horrible manager.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I was doing a door dash order. I went to Pizza Hut to pick up the order. I told them the name of the order i was picking up and she goes “that order was stolen”. Mind you, Pizza Hut keeps their orders for pick up in a hot box behind the counter so you can’t pick up orders unless an employee hands it to you. I think it was weird that the cashier didn’t take accountability for the fact that she gave out the wrong order rather than saying it was stolen because that’s untrue. I asked if she could remake the order , advocating for the customer (it was a really huge order, it’s not like that got only one thing). She told me she will not make the order and to just tell door dash it was stolen. Worst Pizza Hut, please don’t ever go here because they clearly don’t care so I’d never eat at this location.

My food was poorly prepared and 2 of my pizzas were dry and burnt. I ordered 4 pizzas, 2 medium and 2 large. They cut the pizza unevenly and barely put any cheese on them. I was really disappointed in my order. I did however try the new chicken sausage and it’s very flavorful. I like the boneless wings better than the pizza, which they were totally out of. Next time I’ll cook or prepare a frozen pizza instead of ordering here again.

Received my 44.08 dollar order and it had blue hair in it called them back no answer yall lost me as a customer cause I thought yall where better then other locations first experience and last literally had blue hair cooked into our bread sticks and pizza hella nasty and tacky not to take pride in food you cook for other people yall nasty and I’m glad I saw this mess.
