Ordered a slice of pizza which cost $5. Had a can of Dr. Pepper. Total was something like $7 or $8.
I had just hoped this was some seriously good pizza for the price….and it was NOT.
The pizza appeared okay. But tasted burnt and just awful. I was really hungry so I forced myself to eat it.
It is definitely NOT the best pizza in Pittsburgh.
There was also a young lady who appeared to be high. Management did nothing to help her. Instead they laughed at her.
Probably worst pizza experience I’ve had. I don’t say that lightly. That lady needed help and was totally out of it. Just so sad to see.

Man I order a xl cheese pizza for delivery and all my cheese was slid to one side I went to break the kids a peice and the whole pizza feel apart! Do not order from this place the customer service was terrible I called multiple times asking to speak with a manager and was told he’s on deliveries smh never contacted me never re made the pizza never re funded me I didn’t even want the money back I tip 5-10$ every single delivery this was totally disappointing and unacceptable

Tried this pizza place for the first time & boy do I regret it! I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza & 2cans of cherry pepsi, 1pepsi & 1Dr.Pepper. The pizza slices were really small, the pizza was a little dark, it hardly had any sauce it just really didn’t taste like anything. Oh wait yes it did, it tasted like a store bought pizza. I also received 4 cans of wild cherry pepsi instead of what I ordered. They have the nerve to say they have the best pizza in Pittsburgh LOL! Um I think not!I will not order from them ever again!

I order the gyro and onion rings for my side. When I received my order I I thought I would get a good side of onion rings for $5.99. I only received 7 individual onion rings. When I called them back to tell them that I didn’t want the onion rings. Because the portion size wasn’t worth the $5.99. I was told “you can not get a refund or anything for it.” I feel as if I was ripped off. I ate there yesterday for lunch and for $4.50 I received I big portion on fries. If I known it was such a small portion size for onion rings I would have never order them. I will take my business elsewhere. I told the lady on the phone after she told me there wasn’t anything she can do. This is the service industry you need to take care of your customers or they won’t come back. Uptown kitchen will no longer have my business and I’ll let my coworkers know to not order from a place that doesn’t take care of the customer.

If I could give zero stars… I would. I got a simple chicken Ceasars salad and it was terrible. The lettuce was barely chopped and the chicken was bone dry. I got garlic bread with my pasta and it was both dry and soggy all at once. The cheesecake was dry, hard, and rancid looking.
When I called and explained that, the manager offered to pick up my food and get me a new order. When I refused and asked for a refund, he said he would blacklist my credit card and my address.
I accepted the offer. I’ll never be ordering from here again anyway.

Had an Italian sub from here. It was actually pretty good but can we talk about onions? Look how many I pulled off my sandwich. They aren’t even sliced they are chopped….thickly. Guys please slice your onions properly because you make a pretty good sandwich but absolutely ruined it with the onions!

First visit, first impression not happy with the service although the food was good. Haven’t tried the full menu considering all the reviews but I ordered pierogies. It was baked well in oven over butter and onions in garlic sauce. Garlic bread was good even dipping it in the dish. Salad was just basic. So I asked if they had grape fanta and guy said yes and I asked for extra french dressing. Delivery guy showed up with root beer and ranch dressing. Driver was nice and apologetic but wasn’t his fault, so I called to complain. Confusion in kitchen where they dont take time to double check order. So they came back w coke and french dressing quick. Driver called and ask what number was on the salad package and I said 26 . Which was my ticked number. Somehow they wrote wrong number on the bag for salad so probably someone else had my french. Driver said he pick up order by number, I said no worries but thanks for coming back. I would of gave a better rating if they compt a dessert or something for their mistake. 50/50 chance if I order from them again.
