This is the worst place to get service. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to order and get your food when there’s only 3 cars there. While I was waiting on my food, I witnessed them bringing out the wrong orders to 2 different customers. After I saw that, I told to them cancel my order and left. No sense in that. I was there for 20 minutes for nothing. This place should close down. It’s been like this for a while now. I gave it one more chance, but never again. Update: The owner’s response was contact the manager on duty and they were sorry. The manager knows what’s going on. This sonic has had sorry service for a while now. Doesn’t matter what manager is there.

If I could give a 0 i would. I had mobile order hit the button they said someone would be right out. The screen said girl name Natalie would be out I waited another 20 mins as I’m waiting the workers are standing in the parking lot smoking weed and I hit the button again a girl got smart and tried to refuse me my food and drinks I paid for I won’t be back I will be calling corporate tomorrow

Once again did not disappoint. Placed a mobile order for only a drink. Checked in and after 15 minutes and watching several other people who arrived after me got their order, I was finally able to get a rude employee’s attention. She said she’d bring out my order, then came back out asking what did I get…..I told her don’t worry about it and left without receiving my order.

i have never met a more rude and hateful crew. a simple order is a simple order, if you cannot hear me, politely ask. they messed up my order 3 times and told me I WAS THE one wasting their product

This Sonic, specifically, is woefully understaffed. One person running the whole show, apparently.
After I pushed the call button, I waited 20 minutes before I left. Never was even told “we’ll be with you as soon as possible.”
