Social Profile:

Florida Cracker Kitchen is a family owned restaurant with a laid back atmosphere with southern hospitality and real food like mom used to make. We bake our own Bread and Biscuits daily and everything is made with heart and soul. As the name says-Florida Cracker Kitchen brings back old Florida and the tastes that accompany it. We take shrimp and grits to another level with homemade tomato gravy and saute fresh shrimp in and pour it over grit cakes-it will make your tongue slap your brains out!

Southern grub & local draft beer served in rustic, down-home digs with a small bar & gift shop.

Small interior, not alot of space for seating. I went for the chicken fried steak, I give it a 4, the gravy as well. The eggs, and potatoes were good, also had the cinnamon roll, I give it a 6. My friend ordered banana pancakes and found a egg shell in them, but said they were good. The staff was very friendly and our waitress was awesome!

I’m here to tell you the wait is worth it! Our food is always fantastic! This time we ordered the Salmon BLT, Breakfast Sandwich; and the Classic Cracker Cheddar Burger. Can you say mouth watering?!

Stephanie was our waitress, and she was absolutely great! Ask for her next time you stop in.

We’ve come here before, and will come again and again.

Thanks for the fabulous hospitality, y’all! ✨️

This kitchen serves up hearty, authentic Florida soul food with a big dose of Old Florida charm and Southern hospitality.

It offers a casual dining area, outdoor patio, a bar/tap room for craft cocktails or beers, and even a little gift shop. The decor leans into that “Florida Cracker” heritage —rustic, boot-themed, and full of personality.

Awesome service and food. Great positive vibe. Shout to Lakota. She was so friendly and hospitable. The breaky burrito was big enough to share, and tasted outstanding. And they make a reeaaaal good Bloody Mary. We just moved into B-ville and look forward to years of repeat visits. No wait as we sat at the counter. Mgr Jeremy was also great to meet. Very cool classic vehicles on site.

Nice touristy spot for lunch. The atmosphere was good, the service was very good, and the food was also good and plentiful. Prices were fair. Would love to go back and check out one of the concerts they host.

Some of the best southern food you can get in central Florida! The biscuits and gravy are hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had. Their grits with tomato sauce was too good! The cinnamon roll was fantastic. 5/5 stars!

This place is a little GEM in the heart of Brooksville. The BBQ was so incredibly good. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel like your experience matters. Talking to us about how they prepare the food, special ingredients, and unique recipes. We wanted to try everything, but we did try a good chunk of the menu. We had gator sausage, ribs, brisket, spinach cornbread (the surprisingly delicious gift), baked beans, Mac and cheese (it was just like the kind we used to eat in the school cafeteria). The meal was a mix of nostalgia and new unique dishes. If you want to have a unique experience and you have a love for real Florida culture, give this place a try.
