The benefits change with the shift. Recently I ordered guac on the side and they give it in a small container not like in the pics at the rewards. Also there was avacado skin in it see pic. If you feel that your were skimmed on just ask for more

There is plenty of parking space. For $18 you get a well loaded bowl. One thing I disliked: there were about 8 people in line in the store to order their food and only one person dealing. If only they could understand that when we come in to the store, it is to get our food quickly. I showed up on a tight time schedule and the fella getting the food was getting pulled from the line and that just made me feel like leaving without food just ’cause I was gonna be late for work. It irked me.

If I could give zero stars as a rating, that’s what I would give this place. Horrible experience in December 2025. Thought I’d give him another try. January 2026. Still horrible. The customer service has zero to be desired the food behind the glass awful presentation. I’m sure taco Tuesday at any high school would be better than this.
Corporate should definitely be looking at making some changes at this particular location. I would make sure you use the drive-through so you wouldn’t see the inside or talk to anybody else on the inside if you’re getting your food here and thinking you’re gonna get something fresh made. I should say my visits have only been after seven, Fridays or on a Saturday. So I don’t wanna knock any of the dayshift if it’s different people and management.

The service was great, however I don’t think the food is kosher. As I saw them cooking the carnitas on the same grill where they cook the chicken. This is the only reason why I’m not eating chipotle. I wish this change in the near future

Friday night I walked in knowing I would probably have a huge line to wait. With so many people sitting around I noticed only one table had food n it seemed like a hangout of waiting people more than restaurant. By the time I was 3rd up next the girl behind the counter shouts only shredded pork and shredded beef left. After waiting in a line for over 30 mins my only options were nothing of what I would have wanted. When asked how long until stuff would be ready the girl replied I don’t know?? I turned around without even getting food here. I have never had a worst restaurant experience in my 35 years. I went to a whole different location n was happy with my experience there. In my opinion do not go here!! I will now drive the extra time to avoid this location.

Place is not clean, when told to so called manager, he claimed harrasment and told me to leave. Workers are not trained, there is no steak, person on the register had to ring me four times, as she wasn’t trained. Was too scared to buy any food there with trash all over the dining room, so actually returned their poor excuse for burrito for a refund as soon as I saw how dirty the dining room was.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever ordered from the food is flavorless and prepared terribly. I asked for pee strips on my bowl. They just crushed up tortilla chips and put them on top. I also asked for guacamole, and they sliced the avocado in half and placed it on the side.

Their meats are always dried out, low, or they’re out/not cooking them.
I live closest to this location so i frequent it but lately i’ve just been making the drive to the Rochester location because they’re generous with their servings and know how to wrap a burrito.
Every time I get a burrito from here they fail miserably in wrapping it. The last time i went, i had to pour the burrito into a bowl when i got home because i couldn’t eat it sideways…

Not well maintained location, staff seemed friendly though.
As usual they don’t have all the stuff, I wanted a veggie bowl and they don’t have fajitas, why I pay full price when I am not getting everything (not first time, same situation for many many years)
