Came here for dinner the other night and it was delicious.
We made a reservation on the day of and it was full when we got there. We were seated at the bar for less than 2 minutes before our table opened up.
The server was attentive and friendly. I ordered the beef cheek pasta, it was delicious. The horseradish crème was so good. We had the bone marrow to start and it was okay. I wish they cut the bone length wise so it’s easier to get it, but besides that it was good.

The Everly Restaurant & Lounge, is a great place to check out when you’re looking for a delicious meal made with the finest local ingredients of the season.
Overall, I enjoyed the food here, and had a great dining experience. I ordered the Truffled Cacio e Pepe, vanilla panna cotta, and the sparkling lemonade. The pasta is made fresh in house daily, and was perfectly al dente. The panna cotta had just the right amount of sweetness to end the meal, and the lemonade was refreshing.
Located in downtown Kingston, the restaurant has a cozy, and sophisticated ambiance, which also makes it a great spot for a date night, and in my case, a quiet evening out. I had an early weekday dinner during my visit, and was therefore able to get a to get a table without reservations. The staff here were very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. I also appreciated their large selection of mocktails, along with an extensive selection of cocktails and wine.

What an exceptional night out and dining experience! A restaurant and evening to remember. The service was stellar; the personable and genuine interaction with staff and owner couldn’t have been more welcoming, social or accommodating. The food was absolutely fabulous, (a truly memorable treat for the tastebuds) and the atmosphere and ambiance was warm and relaxing. I can’t recommend this establishment highly enough. I now have added incentive to make a frequent trip downtown to stop in at their wine shop next door, and take home a feast of their truly incredible kale salad, before treating myself to another excellent, delectable meal at their restaurant. We had a wonderful meal at the Everly while on a trip to Kingston. The food was fantastic, the service above and beyond. Chose a bottle of a French Gamay – Morgon- which was perfection. The flavour and presentation of the food made this such a good dining experience. This farm to table restaurant is definitely one we will go back to.

Absolutely no complaints about this restaurant. The food was amazing! The drinks were delicious! The Spiced Sour was definitely my favorite. It’s difficult to find a place that uses egg whites in cocktails that call for it so to find a place that actually does it right AND it tastes perfect is very rare!
Our server Jordan was very friendly and nice, he gave us great recommendations and knew everything about the menu.

If I could give it a 10 out of 5, I would. We have been consistently going to the Everly for years now and the food, service, and atmosphere have never wavered. Actually, I think the Everly’s amazing service may have ruined us for all other dining experiences. We always find ourselves a bit let down when we eat elsewhere or travel. Having worked in the restaurant industry for many years in my youth, I definitely have high expectations, but the Everly exceeds them, without fail, every time. And, I haven’t even mentioned the delicious food yet… their commitment to using fresh, sustainable and local goods is commendable. We can eat here often and never tire of the menu because there is always something new. Attention to detail means every dish is exceptional, and the cocktails too. Did you know they squeeze their own juices? If you haven’t tried it yet, you should. It’s worth every penny! I know we’ll be back soon!

First time dining at The Everly and it won’t be the last! Went with my husband for our Anniversary. When our server Rachel asked if we were celebrating anything, she was quick to bring us both a complimentary glass of bubbly!
Rachel was warm, friendly, gracious, and extremely knowledgable of the menu.
She was an extraordinary server in every way! The food was delicious. We had the Polenta Fries and the Humboldt Squid for starters. Would highly recommend both. For our main dishes we had the Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe and the Butternut Squash Agnolotti. Both were scrumptious, however, the Agnolotti was for sure the favourite.
If you are looking for an excellent dining experience, it is the place!!

We visited The Everly for the first time last night, but it will certainly not be our last visit. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and it is very clear that a lot of care went into every detail. Our waitress, Jess, was beyond lovely. She provided excellent, attentive service. Her genuine love for the restaurant and passion for its mission was clear. She told us all about their local suppliers and local wine list. The cocktails were wonderful. Pictured is the Bee’s knees (a highly recommended Lemon/Honey Gin Tanqueray), the mushroom risotto (beyond delicious!), the kale salad (the best I have ever had), as well as the chocolate torte and pecan pie. Both looked so delicious that we could not decide. (And we are glad that we didn’t!) Thank you for a lovely evening. We will be raving to everyone we know.
