I would recommend you to come here you will be welcome tot his place and the food is very tasty there was no cons , but lots of pros and they do not charge you for water , but every other place charges for water and when you are by here come to Chick-fil-A ..

I placed my order outside and had to wait a long time. People who ordered after me received their orders earlier, while I, with my small child, had to remind them about mine. The most frustrating part was that the girl who took the order just stood there looking at me—how can you forget so quickly who has received their order and who hasn’t? Very disappointed with this service.

I usually love this location, but my breakfast visit today was a bit of a letdown.I ordered the Chicken Minis, but unfortunately, the chicken was extremely greasy this time. It made the rolls soggy and wasn’t the usual quality I expect. On the plus side, the staff was as polite and friendly as ever. The wait was average—nothing too slow, but not lightning fast either.Great service, but the kitchen missed the mark on quality control today. I’d give them another shot, but hopefully, the minis are less oily next time!

For sure the worst Chick-fil-A we have been to. The only seating being outside(do understand this is a “drive-thru” but wasn’t advertised as such on the interstate)….the tables were filthy pretty sure they had not been clean all day stopped around 2. The bathrooms were in the same condition. Drive-thru/parking layout is ridiculous with trouble getting in and trouble trying to get out. The staff was good and the food (wrap and fries) as well….but that’s it.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A in the upstate. Drive thru time is unreal and if you order at the window you can expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes. This is everyone I come through no matter what time of day. Also management does little to nothing to keep employees on task. Most are just playing around and talking and ignoring customers. Won’t be back.

Good service and food! If nothing else, I know I can count on the consistent food quality at chickfila. BUT what’s the point in having a mobile lane if you have to wait behind all the other cars anyways? Kind of defeats the purpose. Lines definitely do not move quickly here

This will be my LAST time coming to this location! Each time I come the drive thru is super super slow. I placed a mobile thru order 20 min before arrival- arrived at the restraunt and had to wait 25-40 min for my meal. The kale side taste like grass (SUPER dry and no marinade) and I can tell it was made while I was in the drive thru. I’d rather have been offered another side. I was told to pull up but not what for and the van infront of me had the line held up for 15 min but wasn’t told to pull up? I’ll be making the drive to Haywood rd Greenville location when I want some Chick-fil-A.

I did not know before coming here that this is a DriveThru (or even that that was a thing, I just assumed that it ment there was a drive through) the parking lot here is terrible, there were only four tables with customers and the lot was FULL (meaning it is all employee cars) if the lot is full you have to pull out and go around the block to get back here. There are no kids meals listed on the menu board. The only seating is outdoor, so all the Togo containers they pack your food in tries to blow away. I tried to address all this with their internal survey and their website said the code from my receipt was I valid. I will not be coming back here. Edit Leaving was almost impossible. The drive thru lady did ask me if I had an order and when I said I was just trying to leave she apologized and said they get that ALOT.

I did not want to give this location any stars but I could not post without doing so. Not sure why my order went to this location. I always order at the Boiling Springs location. Arrive at Boiling Springs location to find out my order was at Dorman location. I tried calling several times and no anwser. I have the phone records to prove just how many times I called. I let the phone ring so long that the system hung up on me. Still have not been able to reach anyone at this location regarding my refund. I should not have to drive 15 minutes from home just to get a refund. I was not the only one who placed an order today and it went to the wrong location. I am the ONLY one who was not able to reach someone at the location the order went to.

There is always a wait at this busy location. That is typical of most Chick-fil-a’s anyway. I always order without pickles and they’ve always gotten it right. I have personally never had any issues with this location, but then again, I always get the same thing… #1 chicken sandwich combo with no pickles and medium diet coke. The only problem is the cars that won’t move when someone asks them to. This is not a location to hang out at or to not pay attention to the moving of the line. Stay off your phone and move your car!
