Had the Birria tacos. Delicious! 4 mini tacos but very fulled with the meat and cheese. Served with the consome for dipping. Also came with beans and rice for $13. Was not busy, and not a long wait for our food.

Talk about Blue Sorings’ best kept secret!! As we were coming, I saw only one review from a month ago that was a little ambiguous. We pulled up and there were only two cars in the lot. I’m glad we took the chance! A couple dining said that this is their comfort food spot and they keep it a secret on purpose! OMG, the best cooked-to-order em piñatas I’ve ever had! My burrio tacos were made to order and are so delicious! I tried a Black Margarita for the first time- yum! Needless to say, we’ve found our new Taco Tuesday spot!

The customer service here is amazing. The quality of the food is also fantastic. When ever they ran out of an item I wanted they would replace it with an equal item which I think is really thoughtful. The ladies there are so nice and professional I can’t wait to go back again! The tacos were so tender, juicy and seasoned perfectly. They gave me horchata for the first time (it’s beyond wonderful) The flan is 10/10 best I’ve ever had and the queso is so simple yet delicious. Please support this restaurant it is worth it!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you like Chipotle, give these folks a try! It is a awesome place to eat and dine in. The decor is cozy and the food is ordered at the front counter made fresh like a Chipotle, but priced a little cheaper. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have tried the burrito (which is HUGE) and the street tacos in different settings – both excellent choices!

Wow! Being from California … this was a taste of home! Growing up with these type of food industries. Missouri has been missing out. Not any more! Finally real Mexican flavor and the Spanish music playing in the back ground was perfect! Way better then Chipotleee better!!!!

This place is similar to Chipotle but much more authentic. Which translates to better tasting food for your. Money. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only observation that I noticed. Was that their traditional music playing. Was a little bit loud. Other than that I loved my bowl. And will be going back very soon.
