I arrived around 2 PM Feb 26, 2026 and was greeted at the door, which I appreciated. After that, I sat at the bar for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged. The manager made direct eye contact with me more than once and never spoke, and several employees walked by without offering assistance or attempting to locate the bartender.
That level of indifference is unacceptable. The only reason the visit wasn’t a complete disappointment was the bartender. Once she returned, she was attentive, professional, and completely turned the experience around. I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves recognition for her service.

Two weeks ago I ordered a Strawberry Salad, extra Protein and extra strawberry absolutely No onions. I get my food, I have a few strawberries, extra onions and double protein. I called let the Manager know and she apologized and said she will email a gift card that I will receive it in3-5 days. I Never received it.
I ordered the same salad today, I received double onion 3 pieces of strawberries No Dressing at all I’m already not really happy with ordering food because I don’t trust people. So although I really did like Applebee’s, I will not be ordering from them anymore. Absolutely NOT RIGHT… Then after I called the Manager said she packed my order, and Aman picked it up, well a lady and her daughter delivered my order. SMH

Honestly I don’t think the front of the house was at fault, but def the back of the house was having problems. Went in for just the o m cheese burger. It was amazing especially the parts thats were not burnt to the bottom. Even the fries were stuck to the bottom. Definitely didnt look like the commercial. It was like the owner was trying to save money. Barely any cheese on it and it was also burnt to the bottom. Ordered a salad no tomato and guess what it did. Hostess was very nice our waiter was doing his best, absolutely did not plan for the amount of people coming in since the jags were playing.

The wonderful woman who took me and my nephews was a dream. She was very sweet and absolutely killing it. As for the food it was lackluster, the burger that was a bit dry, the tenders were small and very bready but the rest was pretty decent

Food was good. Beer was cold. We actually got food to go. Got home with it and three items were left out. They were busy, so we just called from home and spoke kindly to manager, who then told us to come back whenever we want and they would duplicate our meal at no charge, with everything in it next time. Pretty fair in my opinion and they did not lose us as customers.

Visited for supper last weekend. Terrible front door service. Sorry. 2 folks seemed new and became overwhelmed. SUPERSTAR of the evening was ASHLEY. She arrived. Took charge. Spoke to those of us waiting to be seated. Spoke with kindness, apologized and spoke appreciation for patience. This young lady was just amazing ! She multi tasked all over the place!! Please give her kudos and applause. She is a keeper. Thank you, Ashley❤️

Ryan Mooney was a great server and made our family dinner very enjoyable. It’s been YEARS since we’ve been to Applebees and wasn’t sure what to expect but we really enjoyed ourselves and the food. We even finished with a yummy dessert shake! Great family outing night! We will be back!

The service was terrible. I started by asking for tea with lemon, but the tea arrived without the lemon. It was a simple mistake and an easy fix, so I didn’t think much of it initially. However, things quickly went downhill from there.
The server asked if I was ready to order, and I replied, “No, ma’am,” to which she said she’d give me a few minutes. Twenty minutes later, she still hadn’t returned to take my order. I looked around for her but couldn’t find her anywhere. A little bit later she comes back to the bar.
Despite the poor service, I decided to stay because I was really looking forward to the Impossible Burger. Otherwise, I would have left. Throughout my wait, she never brought silverware or napkins. When she finally came back, she asked if I was ready to order, and I said yes. At that point, I also expressed that I would appreciate better service, especially since she seemed to be standing at the bar and wasn’t busy with other customers.
Her response caught me completely off guard. She claimed she hadn’t served me earlier because I was on my phone. This was a first for me—I was actively handling business while trying to grab a bite to eat. Her comment was unnecessary and unprofessional.
This experience was frustrating, to say the least, and I don’t plan to return anytime soon unless issues are fixed.

Wasn’t terrible, expected a little better food quality but I was not disappointed.
Service was really good! Our sever was really nice.

This Applebee’s is the best around. Every Bartender here is super friendly, Jenn, Christie, Ginny, Savvy, Jordan, Cynthia, and Will are the best in town. Come in sit down and strike up a conversation anytime.
The food is always top notch and enjoyable. The kitchen staff does a fantastic job and I’ve never had a bad meal here.
Always a lively atmosphere and lots going on. I keep coming back again and again!

Recently remodeled and the renovations look fantastic. Cleaner, brighter, and more lively. Plenty of space for large parties…and still be comfortable.
