Often-bustling destination for fine takes on Tuscan fare in a spacious setting with a rustic look.

Everything was perfect! Melissa was amazing and made the experience so special. And the tiramisu? Absolutely delicious, the best way to end the night!

We went on a Thursday afternoon around 2:30 expecting the place to be empty. Well they had some Christmas parties there and there was probably 200 people in two separate rooms eating, laughing and drinking. Despite the fact that they were completely busy service was perfect, the food came quickly and our waiter Connor was an absolute gem. Everything was explained perfectly about their specials and the menu and his service was impeccable. Of course the food is what it’s all about and we purchased four things to share. Everything was delicious! Make it a point to go there you will not be disappointed and the prices are fair. They have an extensive bar area and the seating areas are very eclectic.

Great selection of Italian food and specially enjoyed the Greece specials. Well prepared seafood. Had the swordfish special and it was delicious. Plenty of space here and very popular.

Food was fair, if you are really hungry. Service was absolutely the worst. We had to get up from our table and ask for a server. Server in our area ignored us. We sat at bar area to wait to be seated. I got up to gather my jacket and purse when my table was ready, before I could grab my half finished martini, the bartender had grabbed it and disposed of it. The food is nothing to rave over and way over priced. The one credit I will give is, desserts. Everything took a very long time to come out from the kitchen. The food items are à la cart, except for the cheap sliced bread and butter. I would not waste money going there again. Definitely on my “ do not return” list. Since my visit was a special occasion, I was disappointed and embarrassed. It was my first time at this location. Never again.

Everything is wonderful as far as the food. However, the seating was horrible for Valentines Day. To be seated in a tiny table on the side was horrible. The table itself was horrible, there was no room for anything. Lucky to have your dish make the table. I understand to be lucky to have the reservation but to choose the restaurant, you should at least be seated in a decent spot to enjoy your meal. Their food is amazing. Just be sure to get a good section to eat your meal.

Chowder and gnocchi are a favorite. Great service, huge menu, and quiet atmosphere. Private front room gets really hot, the group was hot and could use a few more sun shades. Other than that, was absolutely delicious & perfect for a large group.

I recently visited Toscana 52 and had a pretty good experience overall. The drinks were definitely a highlight—both the margaritas and the chocolate cocktail were fantastic! The appetizers were also top-notch, easily earning a 10/10. Unfortunately, the main food didn’t quite live up to expectations; it was just average and didn’t leave a strong impression. As for dessert, I wouldn’t recommend it—definitely room for improvement there.
On the plus side, the atmosphere was great. The lighting was perfectly dimmed, creating a cozy and inviting vibe. The servers were also fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and really knew their stuff when it came to the menu.
The pricing was reasonable, which is a plus, especially considering the great drinks and appetizers. If you’re in the mood for those, Toscana 52 is a solid choice. But for the full dining experience, it’s more of a hit-or-miss.

Went with a party of 11 on a very busy Saturday night. The waiter was very attentive and personable addressing us by sir and ma’am. The food was delicious and out at a reasonable time. The only complaint I would have is that my dish as well as a few others at the table had cold food on the outside of the dish, but extra hot burn your mouth in the middle. I’m not sure what happened. Overall, it was a good time and we enjoyed ourselves.

Food was the best part. Unfortunately it was incredibly cramped where we got seated and very loud . My friend is hard of hearing and could not hear me try and talk over the loud tables. Service was slow tonight , food came out quick but after that it seemed to take a long time waiting for dessert and check. Our waitress was very nice and polite. Perhaps stretched to thin tonight. It’s been years and the food has the same consistency with execution of the food. When we come back we will be sure to come before the dinner rush. Thank you for a great meal

I had dinner reservations this evening for my birthday celebrations. I picked this because the menu made me curious. I’m pretty new to the area Bensalem. I am used to city living in Philly where all the restaurants that I am more familiar. These are the food we ordered.
ARANCINI – Sicilian Rice Balls Crafted from Veal & Pork Ragu, Peas, Mozzarella & Tomato Sauce- I really love this one, very tasty. Wished they stuffed more ragu inside. No peas for me. Tomato sauce I am
Impress I love it.
GRILLED OCTOPUS – Grilled Herb Marinated Mediterranean Octopus Served with Organic Field Greens and a Fresh Citrus Dressing- I find the Octopus it is very very tender however I just wished it is more charred and it did not tasted anything herb marinated at all. I did not enjoy this at all.
HOMEMADE GNOCCHI – Hand Cut Potato Gnocchi Sautéed with Butter-Sage Parmigiano – this one I really enjoyed. Such soft, pillowy gnocchi. I am expecting a brown butter sage and sprinkled with Parmigiano. I did not expect a cream based sauce because of the cheese. I would have enjoyed more if it’s just as simple as brown butter sage.
CHAMPAGNE PEAR SACCHETTI® – Homemade Pear & Ricotta Stuffed Pasta Sacks,
Tossed in a Delicate Walnut-Champagne Cream Sauce. (An Executive Chef Specialty!)- This one I’m very hyped up but I am not so impress at all. I did not enjoy it. I am disappointed. The pear with the ricotta I find it too sweet for my liking. Also the pear is gritty so I am not sure if they also included the skin of the pears. The walnut i feel over powered the champagne cream sauce. Overall I did not enjoyed at all.
PAPPARDELLE CINGHIALE – Homemade Wide Ribbon Pasta in a Tuscan Wild Boar
Meat Sauce Featuring Accents of Onion, Wild Mushrooms & Aromatic Herbs- this is the one that I most enjoyed. The wild boar meat sauce is very flavorful. I could tell that the tomato sauce that they use is homegrown. I grow my own heirloom tomatoes. The wide ribbon pasta is very light and reminds me of the homemade pasta that we cook at our own household.
Our server knows the menu from cover to cover. He made sure he told us the specials this evening. The interior of the restaurant is very spacious. It has another room that looks like a sunroom. Thursday night not much people. Well we were the 5:15pm so I’m sure after we left more people dined.
Yes I might come back for the desserts but not anytime soon. I would come back for the gnocchi and parpadelle.
