The food was phenomenal! The Ceasar salad was my favorite I filled up on that almost before my food even came! The crab cakes are good but could use more flavor but was cooked perfectly the shrimp is delicious would have gave a 5 star but the fish was so greasy it was failing apart didn’t enjoy it and the fries are very average and lacked seasoning. Waiter was nice! The French martini was delicious! Will definitely be back!

We had a really enjoyable meal! Our server did a fantastic job & stayed on top of things without hovering, she was friendly & well informed about the selections on the menu! I chose the baked potato soup with a side salad & was happy with the portion size, flavors, presentation & just about everything, to be honest! A buttery croissant was served with my meal & it was so yummy!! My friend had the she-crab soup & thought it was awesome. She ordered wings also, & was pleased with them. She prefers them without sauce & the server made sure her order was perfect.

My experience here was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. When we walked in, no one acknowledged us at all. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. We stood there for several minutes, even took pictures in the mirror, and still no one said hello.
When the manager, Brent, finally approached us, he did not greet us professionally. Instead, he immediately said, “You’ve been here 10 seconds,” with a rude tone-no welcome, no apology, nothing.
That interaction alone was disrespectful and unnecessary. I approached a server and asked politely if they were busy. She responded “yeah” and walked away. Shortly after, the manager was involved, and the situation only got worse. Customers should never be made to feel invisible or like they are an inconvenience-especially when they are there to spend their money.
There should always be someone at the host stand greeting guests. That is basic customer service and part of the job. Unfortunately, that standard was completely missed here. It is sad and frustrating to still experience treatment like this. I did not feel welcomed or respected, and I will not be returning. I will also be reaching out to corporate, because no one should be made to feel this way. Management matters, and professional matters. I will share this to Facebook and instagram as well. Horrible. My kids were also present to witness this uncomfortable situation.

Stopped in here since it was close off the interstate and a nice day to sit outside, seating outside was pretty easy as far as space, not really anyone out there. Got drinks pretty quickly, I’d love to see more options for vegetarian, the only thing really on here was a salad it was ok, would have liked to have had more toppings, the croissant was amazing! I could totally eat a few more salads were pricey imo

As a husband and father, I am extremely upset about how my wife and children were treated upon walking into this restaurant today. From the moment they entered, no one greeted them or acknowledged their presence. That alone is unacceptable.

The manager, Brent, eventually approached them, but not with a welcoming or professional attitude. It was clear the restaurant may have been busy, and I understand that happens—but that is part of the job. Being busy is not an excuse to treat customers poorly or make them feel invisible. There should always be someone at the host stand greeting and seating guests.

What I do not appreciate most is my wife calling me nearly in tears, upset and embarrassed, explaining how she and our children were treated. No family should ever be made to feel disrespected or dismissed in a place they chose to spend their hard-earned money.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it’s time to put a stop to it. We will be reaching out to corporate because this behavior should not be tolerated, especially from management.

Do better.

Was very excited to try this restaurant as we had heard good things from other people. This was our lunch stop before heading home to NC. The inside was very nice but had a very small indoor waiting area. The wait was also quite short for for lunch time.

When we sat down, it took about five minutes for our drink order to be taken. We weren’t upset about this as we have both been servers and understand that servers get busy. However, she took our drinks and then walked away without a word. Once she came back we placed our order of the starter BBQ chicken nachos, Ribs and Chicken Tenders with a caesar salad, and a side salad.

The manager brought the caesar salad and basically threw it on the table and then just walked away. Then we got our entree and the other salad. The ribs had hardly any meat on them and the chicken tenders were very dry. The salads were pretty good. We never got out appetizer and when we mentioned that to our server, she never even gave us the chance to say we no longer wanted it. She just turned and put it in the system then walked away.

By the time we got the appetizer, we weren’t even hungry anymore and couldn’t eat hardly any of it.

We saw our server a total of about five times throughout the meal and she hardly said anything to us. It took quite a while for us to get refills on our drinks too. After the first experience with the manager we didn’t even bother talking to her about taking the appetizer off the bill.

Additionally, as a heads up, if you order a side salad and only one entree, you are charged 8 dollars for “salad as entree”.

Unfortunately, we most likely will not be returning.

Best food ive had since moving here. Steak was tender, crab cake real good, salad was good and the sweet roll was nearly addicting. Service was absolutely amazing. Shout out to Susan, thank you! Excellent bloody mary! Last, get a strawberry lemonade, its delicious. Definitely recommend this place

We have been to this location several times and have always enjoyed the food. We went on 1/29/2026 and were very disappointed in the food and service. We ordered and our salads came out a short time later with most of the lettuce turning brown and mushy. We received our entrees and the food was barely warm, and the baked potatoes not hot enough to melt the butter. Our waitress was too busy on her cellphone our entire visit which is why our food was served cold and we could not get any refills. Maybe some of the other locations are good options, but this one has definitely declined.

The front end was a little chaotic, we had to wait a while and they did not take a phone number, just our name so we had to wait in the crowded area up front to be called for our seats – which seems like ancient practice by todays standards and the service seemed to be struggling to keep up with the dinner rush. Food and drinks were definitely the high point though, both of our meals were top notch and drinks were great. My Wife said it was one of the best Pina Coladas she’s ever had.
