I stopped by the Layton IHOP for breakfast and had a really satisfying experience! The food was exactly what I was hoping for: I ordered the Belgian waffle which was light and fluffy, along with the bacon, ham, and eggs with hash browns, which were cooked perfectly. Typical IHOP deliciousness, no complaints there!
What really elevated the visit was the excellent service. Our waiter was incredibly attentive, frequently checked in on us, and kept our coffees perfectly topped off without us having to ask. It made the whole meal feel relaxed and pleasant.
The restaurant itself was well-maintained; the bathrooms were clean, and the interior dining area looked good. A reliable, well-run location with great service—a solid 4-star breakfast spot!

the lights in here are very vibrant. it’s a very cozy spot and our food was juicy. Marc was awesome, i appreciate the enthusiasm especially at the time of day. this meal did not change my life but it got me through the night, which is what you need sometimes. thank you for the memories.

I went to Ihop today with my husband and Marlee was my server and I asked for red potatoes skins she brought out 2 other versions of potatoes. She was un focused too busy talking to a guy. Overall disappointed in the customer service. I wish it was better.

Great service! Margarita, our waitress, was amazing—so friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we sat down. She made sure our drinks were always refilled, checked in on us at just the right times, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. Hands down the BEST IHOP experience I’ve ever had! Our waitress Ashlyn was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. I had such a wonderful experience at IHOP Layton! Our server, Jazzmin, was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive—she checked in on us often and made sure everything was just right. The food was amazing, and a big thank-you to the cook, Marc, for preparing such fresh, hot, and delicious meals. You can really tell when care and effort go into the food. What made the experience even better was that both Jazzmin and Marc took the time to check up on me, which made me feel truly appreciated as a customer. I left feeling full, happy, and very grateful.
