Kudos to Brook, our Server. She was affable in a professional manner, patient when I asked her questions about the items on the menu, and polite while responding. She also apologized for our disappointment over the food.
The food was below average. Furthermore , this place seems to be making a conscious effort to avoid guests who are vegetarian; surprisingly, the main menu has only three vegetarian entrees.
I had lunch here today. My husband and I ordered the lunch special Mongolian Tofu entree and a side dish of garlic noodles. The tofu was a total RIP OFF. They must rename this dish as Mongolian deep fried corn flour blobs because that is what I was served – multiple fried corn blobs and teeny tiny fried squares of cornflour masked as tofu. These were thin tiny slices of tofu wrapped in a heavy blanket of corn flour batter. Please see photos
How pathetic to deceive vegetarians and cheat them out of their protein in this manner. It was a total rip off. When I spoke to the manager about this, he did not even apologize. He just had a grin on his face.
The brown rice and the white rice were slightly undercooked.
The New Garlic Noodles were borderline average. The vegetable spring roll was optimally fried; it had plenty of vegetables too.
The only saving grace was Brook’s service.
Since PF Chang’s opened in the early 1990s, we were regular guests once or twice a week. We dined in at their first location in Scottsdale, Arizona. We had lunches and dinner at this restaurant in quite a few cities/states. However, we started noticing a steady decline in the qualifying tu of their food; so we cut back on our visits. Eventually, we boycotted this restaurant. After several years, we had lunch here today and are extremely disappointed.

My cousin and I made a last minute decision to stop and eat. Our server was personable and courteous. She made some requested modifications to our orders and got it perfect. The food was delicious and this location is really nice. I really enjoyed my dining experience and will visit again.

Went for Valentines Day. Called in to tell them that I’ll be late and they held my reservation for an additional 15 minutes which was helpful. Had the Valentines Day 5 course menu items. The waiter warned us that it may take some time on some food due to how packed it was. He was very apologetic and we assured him that it was ok. I’m guessing he may have had some rude impatient people throughout this busy night.

Food was very good. Lettuce Wrap chicken was seasoned very well. The sushi hit the spot. The wontons and shrimp in the wonton soup was very good to me. My wife wasn’t too keen on the egg drop soup. Main course was the Salmon with fried rice and the Prawns with the noodles. The Fried rice was so good my wife wanted mine. All of the items were good though. The overall favorite was the Great Wall chocolate cake. Two thumbs up. We had three lemon drops and two margaritas and the total wasn’t over $200. That’s a lot of food for under $200. Will most definitely be back.

Had an amazing lunch date here! Service was great. Our server Lacey was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. You can never miss with the lettuce wraps. This is my first time trying them with the romaine lettuce and I’m not disappointed! The chicken fried rice was delicious! I had a pomegranate lemonade as well!

Freakn sneaky happy hour offer. *Must sit at bar or patio for happy hour prices (ADVERTISED OUTSIDE) to be available. Sure I’d love to save 7 bucks on my cocktail, but we sat at the table.

Food is good. Miso salmon comes with spinach salad and rice. My wife and I got the lettuce wraps as an appetizer.

We went to the Highlands location on a Friday at 5:15pm-6:30pm. The place was mostly empty.

Brook and Crystal both served us and they were awesome! Food was good but the teriyaki chicken was veeeeery sweet… wasn’t a fan of the sauce, I had to get another dish but the girls were so kind about it! Restaurant was nice and clean as usual.

Had an amazing experience at P.F. Chang’s thanks to our waitress, Kay! She was incredibly attentive, caring, and full of positive energy from start to finish. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it made our meal even better. The food was absolutely amazing as well—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What really stood out to me was the beautiful spiritual note she left on the ticket. It was such a meaningful touch and truly made my day. It’s beautiful to see Jesus moving in the younger generation. Thank you, Kay, for such a wonderful experience, we’ll definitely be back!

Nothing really negative about PF Changs. It’s just the fact that the food was not great. The only thing I found myself really enjoying were the Lettuce Wraps. The Service here was awesome. We had a very kind Waitress. Along with very quick food. The atmosphere was nothing too special. Just a regular old Chinese Food type look. Honestly, we got a really good deal on everything for 5 people. However, If you need an easy, quick, Chinese food meal, this would be an option. Other than that I wouldn’t bother.

Great service from the waiters and a very clean and visually appealing looking place!

Whoever made this menu though…
Extremely over-sauced for such simple dishes and a surprisingly lack of ingredients for how expensive everything was.

It wasn’t horrible, but my god it was so mediocre for how nice the staff- huge let down…

❔Will I ever come back?

Eh, some of the dishes in other reviews look a bit better, but it really sucks that you have to do research just to hopefully find a dish that is delicious and not extremely overpriced
