The Texas Burger was very good, and definitely filling. It came with cheese, bacon, and BBQ sauce on the side. The tavern fries we’re crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This restaurant is famous for its pies and the day before Thanksgiving there was a long line of people waiting for takeout pie orders. Some of their customers were leaving with four or more pies in hand. So, I had to end my lunch with a slice of pie. I chose cherry with a crumb topping. It was very good. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food came out quickly and warm. We will return. UPDATE-1: On our second visit I ordered the Greek salad with chicken and my wife ordered the turkey dinner with requested baked potato in place of the mash. Both meals were very good. This time I tried the raspberry pie which I was a disappointed to find lacked whole berries, but instead had a thickened raspberry puree-like texture.

This place is absolutely magical. What they’re doing with bread and pies here is fantastic! We came for breakfast but we were just absolutely forced to get a cream puff. I mean they looked so good, I really had no choice in the matter.
They have a glorious selection of pies, I’ll have to try a slice sometime. If you’ve already tried a slice, you’re probably already committing to buying one of their many whole pies which they were also offering pre-ordering for the Thanksgiving holiday. This month and I believe last month (unless I was mistaken) each Thursday they celebrated their Thanksgiving menu. It was something that looked absolutely delicious! Had I not had classes and it being an hour or so drive, I would’ve gotten to one. Maybe next year. Come on down, try the pie!

Everyone comes for the pies …. That’s what I’m told. When I got to Bingham’s, I saw why. They have pretty much every pie you could think of. I was taught the sign of a good pie shop is the height of the merengue on a lemon merengue pie, and this place didn’t disappoint. It was at least 5-6” high and it was amazing.

The wife and I ate here for a valentine’s day breakfast. The food and service was incredible! We split the cinnamon roll pancakes which had a vanilla emulsion and homemade cinnamon syrup, so good! Our server Denise even split the order onto two separate plates without us asking (#respect). My coffee was delicious and was never cold and was topped off multiple times without the need to ask. We also split a vanilla creme puff and took a whole chocolate peanutbutter pie to go and the bill was only $46, WIN. Definitely coming back here.

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the heart behind this place. This isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a family pouring love, time, and pride into every single dish and pie that comes out of the kitchen. You can taste the care in every bite, from the comforting, homemade flavors to the attention to detail that makes everything feel special.
It’s the kind of place where you’re welcomed like family, where the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and where you can tell the recipes aren’t rushed or mass-produced — they’re made with intention and passion. The food is consistently delicious, the pies are next-level, and everything feels honest, generous, and made with love.
If you’re looking for a family-oriented restaurant with incredible food and even better heart behind it, this place is truly something special. One visit and you’ll understand why people keep coming back — it’s the best kind of comfort food, made by people who genuinely care.

My Husband and I stop here whenever we’re heading south on vacation (we live about 1 hour’s drive north). It’s usually for breakfast. This time we went for dinner. As always, service was spot on, we didn’t wait long for our order to be taken and our food came out VERY quickly. My Husband had the pot roast dinner and I had a Lent special, shrimp and scallops scampi. No disappointment there. The food was amazing!!!
Thank you Bingham’s for another great meal and service. Hope to see you again soon!

You’re not gonna find homemade food including multiple for desserts at these prices at any chain that’s for sure. I had the open face turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy whereas the hubby had crab cakes. All the food was tasty. Took this monster of a lemon meringue pie home. The topping so high hit the top of the box. Highly recommend their sweet breads too.

Their food is always good. Their bakery items are the real draw though. Denise is a sweetheart and deserves a raise. Atmosphere is way more laid back than my last visit there but they had a big change in personnel since last year. Don’t miss this stop. You won’t be disappointed!

Stopped at Bingham’s on the way home and it was such a nice little find! The food was amazing—the chicken pot pie was incredible—and their pie for dessert was just as good. Quick service and an easy, enjoyable stop.
