Ordered 2 triple bacon classics with no bun only cheese onion and bacon… no bacon. Did the mobile order after midnight 10 minutes before I checked on my order. When I did they hadn’t even started yet and had to wait on nuggets. You think the nuggets would all be fresh? No chance. 7 out of 10 tasted like they’d been drying out for hours in a warming tray. I’d think having to wait the food would at least be hot and correct. Didn’t think it was a difficult order not sure what the deal was here.

Stopped to grab some lunch after being on the road. Food was fresh and hot, but the best part was the customer service. Eric took our order and he was just simply amazing and courteous. We usually don’t get this kind of service at other truck stops so this was really nice. Restaurant is also clean so that’s a big plus.

Once we had the right food and used the drive-thru fountain drink machine, we enjoyed the food as we would at almost any Wendy’s.
It was already aggravating having five people order and having three errors (cheese when asked for none, mayo on a different when asked for none, and a baconator when asked for a “son of”). What sealed the deal that we likely wouldn’t take the chance stopping the next time was fact that the only soda machine in the lobby was out of 13 of the 31 drinks, and at least 9 tasted horrible (as if there wasn’t enough syrup). Nice employees and clean restaurant, though, so 3 of 5 still feels appropriate.

Not recommended to stop at this location. Everything I requested off my hamburger they thought would be funny to put on the chicken sandwich. I’m in a hurry n the 5-8 bucks I threw out the window n learned not to eat from rude places again.

I check my food before I leave. My fiance doesn’t. Why would you send food out like this. Unfortunately being on a truck trying to get from point a to b . You can’t just turn around and tread back. This is ridiculous. You should be ashamed and think how you would want your food prepared. Wasted money for us unfortunately we are not going to eat this.

He effortlessly fried my nuggies to perfection with a big smile and such nonchalant aura that I was completely lost for words. Ordered at 8:51PM and absolutely every bit of the food (burgers, nuggets and fries) were all stale. Shame on the shift supervisor for allowing employees to sell such food and not maintaining regulations in her kitchen.

I made a mobile order from wendys while waiting for truck to get refilled at pilot at 708 pm. I watched 2 customers get their food. The young gentleman with a turquoise Phone went and sat down in a cubby hole and proceeded to be on their phone.
I was at the counter and he just looked me. I said excuse me is my food being made. He looked at the receipt paper machine..nothing was there..cause you didnt take my order..duh!!. I said I made a mobile order.. he looked toward the drive thru. Grabbed a bag and said here. He started to walk away. I said may I have my frosty. He said what size was it??
It’s right there on the receipt!! I stated it was a medium. He made it…poorly! He said here. I had to ask three times for a manager. He said she on break. I asked when was it over. He said 30 mins. I told I’d be MORE than happy to wait. And I have. That was 40 minutes ago. She Knows I’m waiting for her because she heard it. She looked my way several times. She does NOT care about her customers!!!.. at all. I will be calling corporate to report all this. I’m so sad to say… she represents this company and she is a poor example of a manager. She doesnt CARE about me as a customer or as a human being. Why do you work there if you’re Refuse to represent Wendy’s correctly and professionally?
