I arrived about 8 minutes after my pick up time and 1 of my pizzas wasn’t ready. 17 minutes later and its finally ready while I had ice cream melting in my car. Come to find out. The worker gave away my pizza!! On top of that I pre-tipped. So this bothered me even more. Won’t be tipping anymore!.

The so called shift Mgr Danielle is a tart. I wasn’t satisfied and she wNts to argue and suppose to ne a mgr or leader? I asked for it to be remade or a different pizza and refused. Apparently bbq sauce is drizzled lightly. There is no taste if there was even any on. I been to othe pizza huts no problem pizza has sauce on entire pizza. She wants to say they wrong. Right or wrong I asked for it done a certain way and she didn’t want to just give the customer service and do the right thing or make a simple fix

Pretty good pizza even if they did not have tomatoes. Got the new flatzz pizza. Thought it would be bigger, only good enough for one person. Essentially it is a personal pizza spread out. Minus a star because they put the side dips in the box with the pizza. I guess to save time because it was a pickup order. But made the dips warm, I don’t like warm ranch or any other dips. Besides marinara.

READ THE REVIEWS! Don’t order from here! 1/5 stars! Terrible customer service and handling. This is by far the WORST pizza hut location i’ve ever gotten delivery from. It took them 2 hours to deliver my pizza even after I received an alert stating my pizza was out for delivery. I called the store MULTIPLE times and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. By the time I got an answer from anyone, a man named “Steven” answered and he was absolutely annoyed. I stated I hadn’t received my pizza and would like an update for my order, I had let him know I had been trying to get a hold of someone from the store to which he snapped back at me and said “We’ll lady you keep hanging up by the time I get to the phone, I was outside smokin a cigarette.” But I only called twice and the first time the line kept ringing for 7 minutes and I called again. The level of professionalism is unreal but that doesn’t surprise me coming from a pizza joint. My food looked HORRIFYING! I didn’t even want to eat it.

Bravo! the A Team was working today! Pizza was ordered and delivered quickly. Hot. Delish. Chain restaurants don’t always perform to the name they created for themselves. For pizza, I usually order from smaller mom n pop shops but the kids talked me into the Big Box. This location did not disappoint. Well done.
