Visiting family from out of state and so we stopped by drive thru to grab lunch. They had us pull to the front to wait since our food was not yet ready. We didnt wait terribly long but when we got our food, my wife told me that the fries we ordered was wrong. A little annoyed but whatever. When we got home, we found out that a part of our order was missing. Nearly 50 bucks spent on fast-food and couldn’t even get the order right. My wife did check before we left but she said the bag was full and assumed the rest of our order was at the bottom. Absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve been a regular here for YEARS and WOW this place is going down hill and fast!!! The energy here is so different to before I’m not sure what happened to ana the manager but the new person in charge is terrible! I’ve noticed she has a very mean attitude towards customers who don’t purchase anything. I recently went and walked out without purchasing anything because of how off putting this place has become I used to love coming here because of how the manager used to always greet us and made sure we were always ok with everything, in fact it was almost like she was at the store 24/7! The new manager seems to do her job but can be very rude! Unfortunately I won’t be coming here no longer instead I’m taking my business to the burger place down the street!

The older lady who was working in the front stared me down as I walked in and didn’t bother greeting me. She was still at the front but didn’t bother helping me so I stood there for a good 7 minutes until someone else came over to take my order . Food made me sick

The food seems to the old food. They were not hot when I received food. Moreover, chicken and french fried were soft because they were old.

Expect to wait at least 10 minutes to get your food. Whenever I’m in line in the drive thru waiting to use a reward on my app, the 15 minute window to use the reward is close to expiring by the time I make it to the window to get my food. Usually there’s one or two cars in front of me. The place is understaffed.
