Cooked to order!!
If you like the taste of actual barbacoa which is a strong, soft beefy taste, you would love those tacos. Pastor has pineapple. Asada is well seasoned. Tripa could be cooked crispy or not as crispy.

The strawberry-walnut (I believe) was amazing plus they take payments other than cash such as major card companies etc.. highly recommend it

One of the best Mexican food trucks I’ve had in a while. I normally try a food truck, am underwhelmed, and just go about my day. This place, however, blew me away with the Torta Campechana and even more so with the Strawberry Pecan Agua Fresca. That alone had me in heaven. I’ll be back here for sure.
It helps that they have a table and chairs set up outside with shade. Eating the food fresh made the experience even better, but their is no doubt in my mind it would hit the spot back at the office. The tacos looked amazing, so those will be next. The salsas were pretty good. I prefer the red sauce for both flavor and spiciness. The green sauce is more mild and a little lacking in flavor.
The brothers running this business originate from Toluca, Mexico, so the flavors are a bit more Central/South Central Mexico. A little more traditional.
