From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a beautiful smile and cheerful personality of Hunter. Her smile was contagious and it carried on to the staff as well. Angel, our waiter, was down to earth friendly and welcoming. We had not been to a Texas Roadhouse in months and we were glad we decided to visit this one in Odessa-it did not disappoint. We had the steak/shrimp combo and the smothered chicken. Their bread and butter is ALWAYS a winner and we also had their twisted mozzarella. These meals hit the spot just right and PERFECT before we went grocery shopping to HEB. Thank you so very much for a wonderful eating experience with the good ole Texas hospitality.

Two kids, two adults. We were greeted promptly, despite that it was very busy. It didn’t take too long to get seated—about two minutes. Our server, Diana, was friendly and attentive. Drinks came quickly. Complimentary dinner rolls were served with a tasty cinnamon-butter dip. Our son ordered the shrimp and 8oz steak, which he enjoyed very much. Our daughter ordered the kids chicken tenders with broccoli and carrots, which she also enjoyed. Wife and I shared the combo appetizer (barbecue boneless wings, twisted mozzarella sticks and cheesy bacon fries) which was excellent, though the fries were a little salty for my taste and the cheese stiffened up rather quickly. The wait for food was roughly 20 minutes at peak business time, so not bad at all. It’s not a quiet place—kind of a bar/diner hybrid. If you like festive and happy atmospheres with friendly folk all around, you’ll love it here. I don’t have a preference, but we all enjoyed the vibe. The order came out to $47 and change. We would happily return again.

This is the second night this week I’ve ordered almost $40 worth of food takeout and my order wasn’t correct. I eat at Texas roadhouses all over the country and everytime the takeout side walks you through your order before you leave with it. I’ve listed in the take out notes a couple of request for a few extra condiments and both times after asking the hostess if they were included they brushed me off and assured that it was and neither time has it been correct. Also the 16oz primes rib that I’ve ordered both times is definitely not 16oz it’s more like 12. DO BETTER

At this location, Angel, ran our table efficiently and confidently. Orders were accurate, timing was solid, and communication was clear. He kept the interaction comfortable and professional while still being personable. Service like that makes a difference and doesn’t go unnoticed. In our next visit we definitely will request to be seated with him, if possible!

I’m a big fan of Texas Roadhouse, and this visit reminded me exactly why. No matter what city I’m in, the experience is consistently great—they’ve done an amazing job keeping the quality and vibe the same across their locations.
I was dining by myself and getting some work done on my laptop, and the service was excellent. I was checked on often, offered water multiple times, and never felt rushed.
I ordered the Dallas Filet, cooked medium,one of my absolute favorites. It was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I kept it simple with a sweet potato and Caesar salad on the side, and both were solid. And of course, the bread and that cinnamon butter never miss. Completely addictive.
Every time I visit, it’s either the Dallas Filet or a classic sirloin when I’m in the mood for something more basic. Either way, Texas Roadhouse never disappoints. Still a loyal fan!

It was a good atmosphere..everyone working was great and had good attitudes happy and very nice..servers were excellent and attentive..we did have to wait a lil bit though this place was packed and we know good things take time ..Highly recommended though u will wait if you want a good home cook meal or a great steak!! Was worth the wait..thank you for the great service guys keep it up!!!
