Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.

I love In & Out so much. Went to the Queen Creek location recently and got a bunch of food with some milkshakes. When we picked up our meal, the strawberry milkshake we ordered was liquid. After realizing how melted it was once bringing it back to our table and talking to my boyfriend that ordered it, I offered to go to the counter for him to ask for a not melted milkshake. I went up to the expo counter and spoke to Mayra. I had nicely asked if we could get a milkshake that wasn’t melted and the look she gave me was as if I was a nuisance. The girl behind her, which I unfortunately didn’t get her name but she was incredibly nice and helpful, explained that because of the weather being so humid with all the rain recently, their strawberry milkshakes already melt faster than the other two flavors and the humidity was the reason why it melted. She offered to make another one or mix vanilla with the strawberry. We chose the vanilla strawberry mix and she brought it to our table. Afterwards, my son went to go get two forks for our animal fries for us and he spoke to Mayra as well. She confirmed with him he needed forks and she gave him two extra sauce packets. My son is shy so he didn’t say anything and just brought the sauce packets back. We didn’t want to deal with her anymore so we just ate them with our fingers. First world problems, I know. But we are paying customers so it would be nice to get what we expected or inform the customer of the strawberry milkshake situation before they order.

The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The restaurant was remarkably clean compared to other fast food establishments. It was also surprisingly quick; despite being very busy, we received our food within about 10 minutes.

I ordered a flyung Dutchman ( patties cheese and grilled onion to replace the bun) and this is not only the actual size of the food, it was a mess. Couldnt eat it. I”ll let images speak for themselves. Very disappointed

My daughter requested In-N-Out Burger for her birthday today. Joe an employee noticed and came over and told her happy birthday. He then proceeded to bring her a free chocolate shake with our meal (which he brought to our table) and wrote on a hat for her. He definitely went above and beyond great young man! So polite! Crazy busy place. Messed up on order. Meant to order fries light well. Instead said light done. Light well fries have a nice crunch with soft interior.
