I always have a great experience at McDonalds. Food is consistent, bathrooms are clean, and service is fast yet impersonal. They have really bought in to the kiosk ordering and only have one cash register on the counter. Very busy but you can order on the app, have a seat, and they bring it to you.

Surprising! We took Mickey-D’s off our list of favorites many years ago but recently decided to try them again. Their menu has grown dramatically and their many staples, Quarter Pounder, Big Mac etc. are better than we remembered. Take a second look at McDonald’s! We love ‘em again.

Very rarely do I go to Clermont, and don’t expect much from McDonald’s of all places. I bought for my whole family and the fries were barely warm, but we continued to eat them. Mrs. Angela was very kind and attentive to all customers in the store at the time, and came over to ask how the food was. We had denied new fries since we were content with the fries. “I could not let you guys go without hot fries, it would do too much to my heart.” She said as she brought us a whole new tray with fries. There were a lot of reasons I would come back to this McDonalds in the area and its all because of Mrs. Angela.

Every time my family and I come here it’s the same old story. We order on the mobile app, we select the drive thru option NOT CURBSIDE, but each time we get to the driver thru they have us park at a numbered spot and wait. And wait. And wait. The whole point of a drive thru is to DRIVER THRU. Not pull up, then park, then wait. On average we wait anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes. Since two more McDonald’s have opened in the area, we won’t be returning to this location again and we recommend no one else does either.

I ordered a Big Mac combo through the app, but they sent a completely different sandwich. It was poorly made, very small — it looked like a Happy Meal burger — and everything seemed thrown together carelessly. I was hungry and ended up really disappointed. While waiting at the pickup window, I watched the employee getting drinks ready by pinching cups together from the tops. She stuck her fingers into new cups, holding them casually, to be filled and given to customers. Probably best to avoid the drinks there.

Don’t come here avoid at all costs only come here if you’re dying from starvation(still wouldn’t recommend it). I came in expecting to be treated well with fair service. I was immediately screamed at for sitting at an empty table by an old lady with a serious attitude problem. She was mopping three tables down from me. She gets angry and flings a chair across the lobby? How is she still working here. She then screams at me later in a different language rudely and says she wants me to move because she’s cleaning(I’m naturally polite so this sounds nicer than what really happened). But says nothing to the group that was sitting next to me? I ordered my food an iced frozen coffee, McMuffin, and sausage burrito with hot sauce. It comes out pretty fast so that was nice. The guy who brings it out says sir you got the hot sauce instead of the mild sauce, takes back the mild sauce and never returns? I got tired of waiting and just ate it plain because I was hungry and just wanted to leave. I was here during the morning on Fri

Service here is incredibly slow. I placed a mobile curbside order for a McFlurry and waited far too long, even though no other cars were at curbside. When I finally got it, it wasn’t blended at all—just ice cream with a few M&Ms on top. Basically an M&M sundae. Very disappointing.
