If you haven’t tried Pokey, you’re seriously missing out!
The ramen is insanely flavorful, packed with depth, and they don’t skimp on portions — it’s a whole experience in a bowl. The wings are perfection: light, crispy, and seasoned just right without that heavy breading. And the Volcano Roll? Crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside… literally melt-in-your-mouth good.
Their crab salad hits the perfect balance — creamy but not overpowering, with just the right touch of toasted sesame. And the boba tea? I’m not exaggerating — out of this world. Smooth, sweet, and so refreshing.
This place is an absolute gem in Hampton Roads. Fresh, delicious, and absolutely worth every visit. Highly recommend! ✨

AMAZING FOOD, EMPLOYEES AND CLEAN
The food is fresh, comes out quickly and is DELICIOUS!! Perfect place for any kind of poke, boba, sushi, etc. The space is clean and organized and aesthetic. The employees are incredibly kind and FAST. Perfect place for fresh, quick and YUMMY food!! The poke was incredible (I had it everyday I was in town) and the boba hit the spot. Really great kimchi, get it!
Solid ramen, very good pork broth. I would order it again.
My only disappointment was the eggs were not gooey center and soaked in soy sauce, they seemed to be just normal boiled eggs.
But I’d still go back, just reset my expectation on getting an epic ramen gooey egg.
Don’t forget to get the taro tea, so yummy!

Food was so good, the woman who helped us was really friendly and took great care of us answering questions and helping me when I had no idea what to order. Salmon was really fresh in my poke bowl and their house sauce and yumyum sauce is fantastic!

Such a nice place to drop in for a simple poke bowl and the pork ramen was surprisingly delicious I wasn’t expecting that since it specializes in poke. Ingredients seem fresh never a line when we come here. Also the takoyaki balls may be the best thing there haven’t experienced better anywhere else.

Love this little gem. Nestled and nondescript. If you walk by too fast you might miss it. But, inside you’ll find great bubble tea, fresh ingredients, yummy ramen and poke, and great customer service.
The staff are extremely helpful and ordering is easy and convenient with detailed instructions and little slips of paper you fill out.
I also had ramen, but ate it before I thought about taking a picture lol.
It’s never super busy so it’s typically a nice quiet environment when eating inside.
If you’re in downtown Norfolk looking for bubble tea, ramen, or poke, this is the place you wanna go!

Food is fresh, it is like sushi food in rice and or soft taco roll, interesting enough you can order in any fashion, they do have like 8 different condiment sauces you can try ranging from mild, sweet and extremely hot depending on your taste buds. (((Now comes))) the delicious part is where they shine! They have fresh brewed bubble tea! I ordered regular green tea with 70% sugar and they looked at me odd lol, then I ordered there famous Taro Milk Tea with Bubbles, they do have three fresh brew tea’s to choose from for your mix, They have black tea, green tea and something much harsher called oolong tea which is equally as delicious and fresh, probably because they are across the Norfolk IRS building, those long hours they put in that coffee can’t keep them awake. Bathroom: they are private single bathrooms that are wheelchair friendly and clean. Also they have paper towels which is a plus on my review since blowers have proven to spread germs (Look it up or bring your own Fluorescent light like I do) . although the door does not have a auto open button and is a little difficult to get through since you have 2 doors, the restraint overall feels nice and cool hence the two door protocol.
I initially gave them 5 stars but resulted to 4 because of decor! They need to put more decor flavor, not more stuff but get a interior decorator that will help with there name brand so when the day comes to expand then all the stores will look somewhat the same like the designs on a flag. Overall I recommend this place but make sure you bring $20 that will also be enough to include tip, the Taro bundle tea and a two protein bowl. You will be leaving with some change in your pocket, the pricing is average for downtown Norfolk since property tax is sky high for owners.

Fantastic build your own poke bowl. The serving was generous and the staff was accommodating. Great topping options. A guide describing them would have been nice, but the server was very informative. Lots of veggie and fruit options and crunchy bits. Seaweed salad topping! They also have build your own ramen, Mochi, gelato, and macaroons! Short hours sunday 3-9.
