Fast friendly service. I ordered lunch to go. I was a walk in. I had to wait a little bit. Means they actually made it to order. I got the Singapore chow mein phone at medium spiciness and it was wonderful! Order of dumplings, steamed, of course, and there are six huge dumplings filled with meat.Wonderful meal will definitely be returning to get some more.

Food was good and reasonably priced. Service was friendly. The paint is a little faded, and the menu board looks like the Ghost of Chinese Food Past… But that’s kinda normal for most of the good places. If you want fancy new menus (and bland food), go to Panda Express and enjoy your Sugar Chicken. Everyone with sense would go here instead.
Of particular note, one of the few places that does not blast you with fire instead of taste for the semi-spicy foods (Like General Tso Chicken). Solid flavor without the flamethrower.

I have been waiting to try the wei fun vegetable option and it was very good. The taste was great and it had a hint of the open wok. I like to put hot and sour soup over it. Also the hot and sour soup is the best tasting soup hands down anywhere. I highly recommend Penda Chinese Restaurant (panda)

Ordered the 4 seasons dish which is lobster scallops shrimp and crab and got some mystery meat dish I couldn’t even identify what was in it besides the veggies. A qt of wonton soup had 10 shriveled up wontons in it that we couldn’t eat bc they were so peppery. General Taos chicken was edible but the sauce looks brown and disgusting. The egg rolls tasted sour and spoiled. 1st time ordering from this place and will never do it again. Worst Chinese we’ve had in years!

I have eaten here twice, the first time food was good, this time not so much. We got chicken chow mein and egg rolls, enough for 6to 8 people. I was told this was what would feed 3 people. Was charged $40. I asked for extra sauces, was told they put plenty in the stapled bag, there was 2 soy sauces, 3 spicy mustard and 3 sweet sauce. (Not nearly enough) The chicken was strange and I found 2 pieces of plastic in it. Won’t go again.

I’ve tried nine different Chinese restaurants in the area. I was getting pretty discouraged coming from an area that had amazing Chinese. Living in Odessa I’m more than happy to drive here or order from this place. I’m not going anywhere else ✊. Best Chinese here in most categories by a mile. Always hot and fresh. Big fan.
