I have been going to this Starbucks for about 7 years and have never had a bad experience. Every barista is so kind and positive, and lately, they have been writing kind messages on the cups. I know it doesn’t seem like much, but the small gestures really do contribute to someone’s day. Best Starbucks experiences are right here in Shorewood! Love you guys!

Most incompetent Starbucks ever, they don’t know the correct recipe for the holiday drinks. Every other Starbucks makes them correctly except this one. I got a gingerbread latte and instead I could tell they used their disgusting eggnog. Waste of nearly $8. And while I was waiting for my drink the employees were loudly talking bad about their other coworkers and customers. Avoid this location

I dont know whose making thier chai tea’s lately, but they’ve been watering them down (when you specifically ask for no water added), or having WAY too much milk instead. Im literally just drinking oatmilk with a splash of chai (which is nasty).
Edit: I appreciate the starbucks response, however, in the morning I dont have time to sit there and wait for a drink to be remade, I need to get to work 35mins away. Please concentrate on re-training your staff to read a drink ticket fully, and make someones drink correct in the first place. There too expensive to have the same order made poorly week after week after week. The OTHER locations dont do this, btw. So its really a location issue.

It’s my favorite place to visit on Saturday mornings. This store is always clean and well maintained. The team is very welcoming, and my order has been on point every time. It was only one time that they ran out of regular ice coffee. I was recommended an ice Americano made with my exact ingredients, and it was a hit. This place is a great start for my Saturday. Love it!

I’ve gone to this Starbucks a couple of times to get the Mocha Cookie Crumble. It is super duper delicious. This drink will make you put clothes on just to go get one. This store is hit or miss. Sometimes you get your order right away and sometimes not. What’s amazing to me is that they have 3-4-5 people working behind the counter and they will constantly walk past a waiting customer until they are finished making an order. However when they do finally greet you, they are very pleasant. I wish they have more parking. I also wish the store was larger on the inside. Nice location tho’.

Horrible service. Completely mismanaged. Walked into an empty store and ordered a drink. They made about 20 drinks for online orders ahead of me with no one there. Then a staff member looked at me realizing they never made my drink. Asked what I ordered! I asked to cancel my order and that I needed to go. They rushed and made my drink. I stated this is the second time this has happened to me and wouldn’t be coming back. The same person who never made my drink stayed “that is your prerogative “!!!

Starbucks is, well, Starbucks. This location has an undersized small sitting area, uncomfortable chairs, old rusting tables. Obvious signs of lowered standards when it comes to maintaining the environs. Most if not all parking lot spaces were full despite marked with 15 minute limit – when no one was inside? Can you say staff lot? This location screams, “Shut up and buy the expensive coffee then leave, eh, please.”

I travel nationwide, and Starbucks seems to be the only place with soy. for coffee ☕️ .
Other creamers do not come lose to providing the body and flavor of a creamer. The mouth feel of coconut creamers is greasy, almond has zero body, and the same for oat milk/cream. and these all usually have massive sweeteners in them.making them.WAY too sweet.
