Elvira came to East Tennessee from Russia in 2001 and quickly fell in love with the Smoky Mountains, its people, and traditions. After working in local tourism, her passion for food led her to create Elvira’s Cafe in 2012—a women-owned restaurant blending Southern comfort with a hint of Russian flavor. Built on a culture of teamwork and warm hospitality, the cafe has become a local favorite. From savory buckwheat crepes and classic biscuits and gravy to hand-cut steaks and juicy burgers, every dish is made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We have been wanting to try this place for some time now. Drive by all the time. Located on Wears valley rd, not far from PF. Nice little place with a log cabin feel. Offers indoor, as well as patio dining.
We were seated right away and our waitress was very polite and attentive. She placed our orders and the food was ready in a few minutes. Nice and hot. My wife had the chicken crepe and I had a Reuben.
The food was excellent and we enjoyed the views of the valley.
I highly recommend. One day we will try. Breakfast.

Located in Wears Valley, this restaurant is the best kept little secret from those who frequent Pigeon Forge. We can’t say enough about this place! It was so good, we ate dinner there and then went back the next morning for breakfast. I got the chicken and waffles that were to die for each meal! The waffles were so fluffy but yet like candied because they use pearl sugar in their batter. Total game changer! The chicken tenders were lightly breaded but perfect. They serve them with a slight spicy honey to drizzle over them. The chicken drizzled with the honey along with a bite of the waffle is like heaven in your mouth! The hashbrown casserole was delicious as well! My husband got meatloaf with buttered carrots, that were in balls (we still can’t figure that one out!) With broccoli casserole that was also delicious. For breakfast he ordered the Mountain Man omelet that was filled with nothing but goodness and topped with sausage grave and came with a fluffy homemade biscuit. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the views were gorgeous! This will be one place we will not miss on our trips to Pigeon Forge from now on.

This is the absolute best of all the small town restaurants I know. There is a skylift, a store next door and the food is honestly the best I have had!! I sincerely mean that. We had lunch and breakfast and it can’t be beat. Go to the top of the skylift sit awhile and enjoy the views. Complimentary moon pies and water await

While there is a lot of parking this place is always busy so it might take a second to find an empty spot or you might have to walk up the path aways.
Service is quick as we were able to be seated right away. Gail did a great job getting our orders and drinks and checking on us
The food was good, we had waffles and chicken because we really wanted breakfast but they only serve to 11 and we arrived after 1 (good night).

We were from out of town visiting for a little post Christmas trip! We were starving and noticed this place and decided to try it!! We walked in right at closing time and had no idea and the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were seated, fed, and not treated as an inconvenience!! Get the Grown up Grilled Cheese! It was phenomenal! The owner is incredibly sweet and we watched her single-handedly checked in with each of her team members!!

We’re happy we took our taste buds here!! Our taste buds are in love with Elvira’s — Elvira’s! I had Smoky Gouda Chix Club and fries, my lovely wife had the Chix Philly and chips. Elvira’s Cafe is a quaint, local eatery nestled in the Wears Valley region just West of Pigeon Forge and Northwest of Gatlinburg. It offers both Breakfast and Lunch Menus with expeditious service. Me and my Fiancee enjoyed a nice lunch here for only 35$, not including tip. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and we were even suggested an attraction that we’d hadn’t been made aware of previously and even given directions.

Beautiful cabin restaurant in the Great Smokey Mountains area. I had the reuben sandwich with fries. The fries were thee best and has set the bar high for this will be the comparison for any fries I eat moving forward. Each one crispy golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside. Every fry was identical and no burnt or undercooked fries in the lot. The Reuben was a large sandwich with good flavor. Very nice staff from the host, waitress, and cooks. I enjoyed this meal so much, that I tipped the cooks.

This place was delicious! It was a recommendation for a previous Airbnb guest. Hub had the chicken and waffles… Belgian waffles!! so delicious!! Best waffle he has ever had!!!! The vegetarian veggie omelette was super tasty! That flavor Yum
