Best we’ve had in a long time!
We try BBQ restaurants everywhere we go and
this was up there with the best. The ribs were
fall off the bone and the rub was all you need, seasoned and cooked to perfection! The Hot Mess was amazing too, great flavor! Can’t wait to go back!

**FYI as of 3/13/24, this is a food truck** I’m not sure if it used to be a brick and mortar or inside a Chevron or what, but it’s definitely part of a food truck gang currently so don’t be confused like we were when trying to find it! Regardless, it was awesome BBQ and the guy working was awesome. We would go back without hesitation.

This was our first time coming and we will definitely come back. The food was beyond our expectations. I thought the prices were reasonable for a BBQ place. I split the grandaddy and the hot mess and I couldn’t pick a favorite. Highly recommend!

We love this place! The Goochie Sundae is the best comfort food if you need to eat your feelings. All their sauces are also amazing but the bbq ranch is the bees knees! You’d never guess it would be that good especially located in a gas station. The owner or chef or someone even came out and talked to us. Very friendly folks.

Ribs didn’t even need barbecue sauce. Briscuit needed a little bit longer in the smoker and the rub was weak. This would have been a 5 star visit but the sauce station was empty and staff was slow to fill it so we ate without sauce but otherwise worth the stop if you are in Midway

Not only is it fun to say, they have really tasty food! The “Funeral Potatoes” are a delicious, cheesy combination of hash browns and mashed potatoes loaded with cheese and bacon – you gotta try them!

Great bbq, tucked behind the chevron. Unexpectedly delicious. Highly recommend the Mac n cheese with brisket. Totally worth the 30 min drive.
