I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hot Box Pizza! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was laid-back and welcoming—perfect for a casual night out. The staff greeted me with smiles, and service was prompt and friendly. I ordered the Porky the Pie, and let me tell you, it exceeded every expectation. The pizza came out piping hot, with a golden, crispy crust that held up perfectly to the generous toppings. Each bite was bursting with flavor—savory pepperoni, hearty sausage, and a subtle kick of spice that tied it all together. The cheese was perfectly melted, and even the sauce had this rich, tangy balance. I also loved how customizable the menu was—plenty of options for everyone. I ordered the same thing for my kids that I always order. I called with specific instructions that the app wont let you customize. I was told they took the notes and everything was A ok…it wasnt A ok… pizza cut wrong, ice in my drinks, then when I called I got the excuse we were too busy and missed it. If your too busy to heck the correctness of your orders..then ill find somewhere where they do check the correctness to my order and want to make it right… wont be back.
Edit… I gave them one more shot…so here we go
I ordered, called and confirmed with a manager that they recieved my instructions. I also to them to send change for a 50 for my order is 20. So the woman comes up to the door with 20 of my 30 dollars in change. My order is 90% correct, but not correct change I took the 20 she had and told her I would call management. After getting a hold of him he said he would send the money back… i said I wanted 5 back so she would still get a 20% tip…it took over an hour to get my cash back and she acted so rude and ungrateful that I wish I didn’t tip her at all. So my take away is if your ordering exactly on their menu, over tip, and dont have any special things needed…you will have an amazing experience. If you arent happy we with a 20% tip then quit your job and figure something else out…

This place is amazing and the management is top notch. The website is quick easy and amazing to use and features deals and specials. The price is amazing and such a great value and the quality and taste is the best around. Other hotbox pizza locations fail in comparison to this location. I ordered and within 20 minutes had my order. The manager personally delivered it him self. Such an amazing place and a true testament to how pizza should be.

Came in for new promo and was sadly disappointed. Was told they had to get rid of old stock before honoring promo. UPDATE: Chad offered free bread sticks to make up for it but the meal I get already comes with bread sticks. Very fast and kind response but no thank you.

I carried out a large specialty pizza for ~$13, including a tip. You can’t get a deal like that anywhere these days (you’d be lucky to snag a medium cheese pizza at some chain stores for that price).

One of those busy days where I’m too exhausted to make dinner. Ordered the Riley deal for our little family. My two toddlers were hungry and ready to eat. Hotbox had our meal delivered within 20 minutes of ordering. Everything was hot and fresh. Super grateful momma over here!

Had to buy 14 pizzas and have t he delivered. They gave me a great deal delivered them in 1 hour, and they were hot. When you prder you can actually talk to the store that your buying from. Unlike the loop at Papajohns.
