I was recommended to go here instead of Chipotle by one of my best friends. I had no clue I had one right down the road from me, so it seems like a good idea. I just want to say before I say this that the staff was very nice and the place was clean. The food was just not good.. very skimpy servings from the bottom of the containers. The rice was at the in between point between cooked and undercooked (there was a lot of hard pieces of rice)
I asked for peppers and got some that have withered away and been overcooked.. asked for adobo chicken and steak… The five pieces of steak I got were extremely overcooked and dry.
The staff was very friendly but the food was just not worth the $15
Chipotle was $5 cheaper and I havent had a bad meal from there… I hate leaving reviews like this but hopefully they will tighten up the quality of the food.. maybe season it a bit to?

I placed a catering order for a 50-person production — something Moe’s advertises they can handle — so I expected it to go smoothly. The woman who helped me place the order over the phone was wonderful: professional, friendly, and very helpful.
Unfortunately, the pickup experience was the complete opposite. When I arrived, the staff seemed inconvenienced and unorganized. The order was incorrect from the start. I had ordered the Taco Bar for 50 people, which clearly stated two tacos per person (so 100 tacos total) and a cookie for each person (50 cookies total). Instead, I received only 50 taco shells and 15 cookies. When I pointed this out, I was told everything was there — even though it clearly wasn’t.
To make matters worse, when I brought up that tofu was missing — which was listed right on my receipt — I was told I hadn’t ordered it. I had to go back and forth with the staff just to get what I had already paid for, which was incredibly frustrating.
We spent nearly $1,000 on this catering order, and for it to be handled so carelessly and dismissively was extremely disappointing. If you’re considering Moe’s for catering, especially for a production or large group, I strongly recommend thinking twice or triple-checking every single item before you leave — because customer service and attention to detail were clearly not a priority here.

I really wanted my first experience at Moes a good one. I had my orders ready to give, I was very clear and the guy was very courteous and asked questions to confirm. However, sadly, it was anything but good. When I got home 60% of my chips were broken because the cheese and the giant burrito were on top.
Speaking of giant burrito. Omg. One bag was wet were all the juices had leaked out and the burrito had come undone because the foil wasn’t even completely around the burrito so when I took it out I lost a third of the burrito on the floor. Yay.
I had asked them to label the homewrecker burrito and they did put a sticker on the foil, but surprise surprise, the sticker came off so guess who gets to dig through the other two to try to guess what they were and I still got it wrong. So I spent 15 minutes with an exploded burrito taking out black beans (I detest them) from a burrito that I didn’t even order. (It was my sons). The foil in the picture is where I had to rewrap the burrito and actually wrap it in foil just to get it to a plate.
The only saving grace was the staff…they had been slammed all day and I came in a little after 8. The place was clean and my burrito maker was genuinely professional and courteous.
The food was tasty though. The chips actually were tough enough to withstand the cheese (they were a little stale, but again it was just before closing so I’m not like MAD mad). I might try it again, might not, but I might just get a bowl and make them label it with a pen.

We came in around 3:30 there was one employee working her name was kasi I think she was a manager she was very attentive and payed close attention to my families orders while having a conversation with us she also checked on other customers and asked questions about the quality of the food and her service she made our experience exceptionally wonderful, thank you Kasi the world needs more worker’s workers with your hospitality keep up the great work

Love being able to custom order with lots of options. I ordered a bowl and it was prepared as ordered and very tasty. The salsa bar was unfortunately lacking but may be that we went in an off time. Overall was happy with the experience and suggest you try a bowl!

New cashier or someone made me pay TWICE because of HER mistake forgetting to ring in all my items. It was a cup a queso. Why should I have paid twice because she made a mistake? No apology, just expected me to pay 2 times in a row. A cup of queso….She could have let me have it for the inconvenience due to her. This almost makes me not want to come again. Almost paying $25 including tax for a bowl with only chicken simply because I had to get rang up twice…ridiculous
