Staff he is friendly and very talkative, which is a neat experience.
We were greeted when we entered the restaurant with dialogue and smiles!
Restrooms were clean, out of paper towel, but they had just gone through the lunch rush so understandable.
There is no access to condiments, everything is behind the counter. Maybe that’s how CA rolls staff is willing to get you whatever you need or want.
The management team was incredibly friendly and involved.
Would revisit for sure. Didn’t find the golden cup!?!

Have you ever been served in a fast food restaurant? I mean really served—food brought to your table, drinks refilled, table cleaned. Yes, I have.
I first noticed Chick-fil-A back in 2016, when I drove from downtown Los Angeles along I-10, heading west to east. There was a billboard showing a cow sitting on another cow, painting the slogan “EAT MOR CHIKIN.” I thought it was an animal protection slogan promoted by some NGO. After seeing it several times, I realized there was a red line under the slogan. I googled it and eventually found out that the red line was a logo for a fast-food chain selling chicken-based foods called Chick-fil-A.
For some reason, I always thought Chick-fil-A was originally from California, but actually it’s not. According to Wikipedia, it started in the Atlanta suburb of Hapeville, Georgia. Why did I think it was from California?
After a vacation in Las Vegas, I drove all the way to San Bernardino. On a side trip, I visited the Historical McDonald’s Museum, and afterward I needed lunch. I got on I-210 from San Bernardino and exited at Ayala Dr, in a small town called Rialto. There, in a plaza between Panda Express and 7-Eleven, was a Chick-fil-A.
I saw the cow again, this time sitting on the roof of the restaurant, holding the “EAT MOR CHIKIN” board. Walking in from the side door, I immediately felt it wasn’t like a normal fast-food restaurant. The tables, chairs, seating, and atmosphere all felt different from McDonald’s or KFC.
I still placed my order at the counter. Since I didn’t order a drink–I already had my giant coffee thermos–the cashier kindly offered me water. She gave me a blue table tent sign and told me my food would be served at the table.
After just a few minutes, less than five, a young staff member brought my tray of food. The tray had the familiar fast-food setup: paper liner, boxes, dipping sauce packets. It reminded me I was indeed in a fast-food place. Several staff members in Chick-fil-A uniforms walked around; one noticed I didn’t have a cup and offered me water again. Another even came to ask how the food was, like in a sit-down restaurant. Warm and kind, but also a little unusual.
I ordered the limited-time Spicy Pretzel Cheddar Club. Although the bun looked like a round pretzel with a cross cut on top, the texture was nothing like pretzel–it was just a normal burger bun, soft and fluffy. The chicken sandwich tasted good, with just a hint of spice, but far too mild. By the way, the Dijon mustard packet was very hard to open—no tear notch on the edge, so I had to bite it open.
I also had Chick-n-Strips, three slices of fried chicken breast. I had never tried this before; in Chinese cuisine, chicken breast is usually considered the worst part of the chicken, especially in soups. Honestly, it was much better than I expected—tender and moist, not as dry as I imagined. The Sriracha dipping sauce was a little too sweet, but still tasty. One thing confused me: why was the Sriracha box green? Isn’t Sriracha usually a red hot sauce?
Service was great, food was tasty, the environment welcoming, and the atmosphere pleasant. I don’t understand why this restaurant only has 451 reviews with a 2.5 rating on Yelp, while on Google Maps it has 3,165 reviews and a 4.3 rating. Usually, restaurants have similar ratings across both platforms, so why is this one so different? I also checked other Chick-fil-A locations in Arcadia and Pasadena, and noticed the same pattern: their Yelp ratings were much lower than their Google Maps ratings, and the number of reviews was also significantly fewer on Yelp compared to Google Maps. Can anyone explain why?
Another interesting fact: unlike most fast-food chains, Chick-fil-A closes on Sundays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Went through the drive thru earlier and everything was great as always! A little disappointed because I ordered a 12ct chicken nuggets and got a 4 piece chicken strips. Yes I know this may not seem like a big deal but me being pregnant and all, the chicken nuggets were the only things I was craving at the moment!

Drive thru is…odd and often confusing, but better than going in to eat.
Parking is limited and be careful when and where you park because you can get trapped in your parking space if lunch or dinner hour happens while you’re inside due to the drive through lines.
Food is great! Service has come along way and is often accurate now, and usually friendly.
They tend to focus on the drive more than than dining in. Dining room used to be cute. Now, it feels cramped. They are very nice inside and come to your table once to ask you if you need anything. Still, I don’t like eating in at this restaurant. There’s a feeling of being rushed and exposed? You sit so close to other customers here you can hear their thoughts.
If going through the drive thru, which most people do (seems to be encouraged more than eating in), just know they focus on speed so CHECK YOUR ORDER before driving off, even if they try to rush you off. They aren’t like the other Chick-fil-A s out there and make more mistakes, especially with drinks.
Still one of the better places here in this immediate area, and while there is room for improvement, I’m still glad they’re here.

First time visiting this restaurant/chain. Everything about my experience was first class. The food, the service, in fact the cashier gave me a teepee stand for the table and they brought the food to my table. They even asked if there was anything else I would like. Halfway through my meal another employee walked by and asked if we needed anything.
My friend Tim suggested we go to Chick fil a. Received the wrong order. Someone else’s name was on the receipt. When he told them they gave him $2 off his order and delivered a new meal. Although he wasn’t happy when his order arrived because he thought he ordered a meal. Although the amount on the receipt did not reflect a meal price.

Conveniently located Right off the freeway. You just exit off the freeway and you can see it right there.
The staff at this location is super friendly. On a couple of occasions we needed extra help and they were right there to help. The staff is always saying “ my pleasure “The food of course is excellent. My chicken sandwich was super juicy. I like to order the regular chicken sandwich with a piece of lettuce. It makes me feel a little healthier. Make sure to try the buffalo sauce while you’re here! Oh yeah and don’t forget about the fries

My daughter loves this place however I am not the biggest fan as these portions do not fill my apetite. Today just reassured me that I should stay away. Waited about 40 minutes in the drive thru, drove home to realize that I didnt get any sauces nor any straws for my drinks and while taking a bite into my sandwich that was stacked with lettuce I found a bug crawling inside of my sandwich. Disgusting!! Ruined my whole family’s apetitie as they had ordered salads for themselves. Needless to say they didnt finish their salads as you can imagine what they were thinking. All bad!!! I did take the sandwich back as I felt that I needed to bring to this to management attention. They refunded my meal however the damage was done. Dont believe me? check out my pictures. Makes me sick thinking about it. Smh

I visited the local Chick-fil-A located in Rialto across the street from the beautiful Renaissance Marketplace West Shopping Center. I was well prepared for a long wait in the Drive Thru line, so although it took considerable time to purchase my food, it was well worth the wait. The chicken was hot, and the distinct, light, crunchy batter was the perfect thickness, and density. I enjoyed my morning snack thoroughly. I also used my Gift Card to pay for my (2) Classic Chicken Sandwiches, the Spicy was delicious, and the regular Classic was simply THE BEST!!!
