Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The manager on duty, she is definitely a badass. From the trucker driver, you are the MVP of today. I can’t thank you enough for making accommodations for me, after 11 hours on the road all I wanted was some of my favorite food and you delivered. I am lucky, my girlfriend hates you and my child told me I had to tell you I have a girlfriend (they were on the phone) hahaha they couldn’t stop giving me shit because you were so kind and considerate. Old atmosphere. Foods mediocre. However the front cashier Heather is the best person I’ve encountered at any Whataburger in town. She was very respectful, very kind and delivered my food with a smile. I hope management acknowledges this and helps her out with some sort of reward, thank you for creating a memorable visit. Shout out to Lawrence Gutierrez I believe that’s the guy from the drive through that had cashed out my order. He’s an amazing worker, I drove off from the drive thru without my milkshake and he was so courteous to deliver it to me at the Claremont stop light!!! Being my own fault he went above and beyond to satisfy a customer!! We always choose this location over the Sonic up the road due to some flaws of their own.

My girlfriend and I have been eating at this Whataburger for quite some time on Sundays. The burgers are ALWAYS tasty and FRESH! I’ve noticed it seems like the fries are a little more crispy which I love.
Anjelica and Burgundy worked together to take our order. I appreciate that both these girls went the extra mile to take care of the customer. The service that they displayed was outstanding and very welcoming to see, these days, at fast food restaurants.
If you go into this restaurant, don’t forget to say Hi to Michael. This guy will lift up your spirits and he ALWAYS has a SMILE on his face. That’s why we keep going back to this restaurant.
Oh… And ALL Whataburgers use REAL ketchup- Ingredients: Tomato Concentrate (Tomato Paste, Water), Distilled Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Natural Flavors. Not this corn syrup and high fructose that most fast food restaurants use nowadays. Sometimes I get the onion rings which are THE BEST onion rings of ANY fast food joint in town.

We ordered the new bacon wrangler and it’s better than a $20-$30 burger from a steakhouse. Whataburger is always an excellent choice. Customer service here is always good. Atmosphere is quiet for a fast food restaurant. I’ll be back!

I ordered a #2 and added cheese and green chilli. I guess when you do that they take off the lettuce tomato and onions.. I would recommend the employees listen a bit more and any customer look at your shit before you leave cause it’s probably wrong. Love spending money on stuff that’s incorrect!

Burgers were cold. I took off the buns and felt the middle of the patty and it was cold. Fries were soggy and the berry drink I ordered was sour(not their fault, but still gross).
Lady at the window they hand you the food, not the cashier window, was rude. A simple question was met with a curt answer like she was annoyed I asked.
