I love the breakfast buffet. You just can’t go wrong with all you can eat eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns. They even have an omelet specialist that’ll make some really good custom omelets right in front of you. Lunch and dinner are good too but the breakfast buffet is where Golden Corral really shines in my opinion.

Saturdays are busy days, but we were greeted with a warm smile by the cashier Kaylee. As we were getting our food the Manager Christina was very helpful and hands on with the guest. Our server Nicole was bright and cheerful. To top it off all the food was fresh and hot. Great job Golden Corral!!!! Wish I could give more stars.

I have to say that the best customer service I have ever experienced was at the green mount Golden Corral the server name is Freda she is the warmest attentive server I have ever met. She makes you feel like you are the only one in building and the place is packed. If you are looking for not good but great customer service from a server go see Freda you will not be disappointed.

I went to Golden Corral this past Saturday.
Food: some of the food I thought was great some wasn’t. I didn’t mind because I realize everyone has a different taste pallet. I left full and satisfied.
Service: our server was a black gentleman named Breon. (I apologize for probably mispelling your name). He was fantastic. He was professional, kind, and attentive to our table. Our used plates were promptly removed and he even refilled our drinks.
Atmosphere: I was extremely disappointed with the Golden Corral management. Unbeknownst to me I sat two tables away from an office door. There was a manager sitting at the first table, she was holding meeting while eating and working on a laptop. I shouldn’t have to hear about employee calling, budget, staffing issues, and her calling different employees to her table to discuss the aforementioned. This ruined our dining experience. There was an empty office she later opened and she and 2 other individuals entered the office, see attached photos.
If you eat here, don’t sit outside the office.

Came in two hours before close. Cashier was extremely rude. Apparently you have to hand him money one way and only one way. Food was warm, not hot. We came in at 7pm but they were already shutting things down. By far the worst golden corral I have ever been too. The only saving grace was Casey, our waitress. She was a delight.

Absolutely horrible man in charge. I don’t know if he wasca manager but he was bullying customers and staff. Telling people who arrived at 7 pm that they close at 8 pm when the posted hours say 8:30. He kept walking around the restaurant telling people they were closing. The rest of the time he stood by the registers and did nothing. I felt bad for the employees. He was a perk. No plans to ever go back. Prices aren’t posted. $20 per person.

Got there the MGR. Was texting on his phone. We sat we got food. They were short staffed. Had to get our own refills. 1 straw was taken by accident when waitress took plates. I went to register to get another one and was SO RUDELY TOLD THEY ARE IN THE SILVERWARE BAG. I told him it was taken away. And he said it again. Baked fish was spoiled. Wait staff, bless them they were trying and covering more then they should.

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely worst Golden Corral I have ever been to. The staff was horrible, no refills, no plate pick up and when I went to the counter with my cup and asked for a refill, the guy looked at me like I was interrupting him. The quality of the food was disgusting. They were out of everything and there were dirty tables and piles of plates all over the tables. The staff seemed to be to busy complaining about the customers to actually do their job. Absolutely wasted my money paying for 1 plate of nasty food.

Went here for the veterans Day special. Veterans were getting free meals so I just had to pay for the wife. Extremely crazy busy but the staff was really helpful at getting people tables as they came in. I super enjoyed the grilled unbreaded chicken. It was super moist and I think I had four pieces. The only thing I didn’t like was the bread pudding. It just had some kind of like sugar alcohol taste to it that I didn’t respond well to. All in all I was a very good experience.
