Great atmosphere and they have live music on the weekends!
All the overhead doors were opened and it made for a nice open dining experience with the sound of the city traffic in background.
We drank the Mannyritas (their claimed best margarita in town) they were 8/10 . The slow roasted pork / green chile taco was delicious and their fried chicken taco was next fav.
They have a decent variety on the menu of southern comfort type foods + tacos and a huge bar selection! (Pics added)
Overall I would recommend Waylon’s and would love to come back for the live music and cocktails.

Awesome menu selection with something for everyone. Atmosphere is fun and loud with plenty of TVs. The fried chicken plate is a huge portion of chicken with an equally huge portion of mac and cheese and a slice of warm watermelon. The burger was well seasoned and delicious as was the spoon bread appetizer. The kale/quinoa salad was a wonderful delicious healthy option, however there’s a significant disparity in portion size…very confused as to why this full-size salad is served in a small bowl (approximately 7 inches across) while all other portions are very generous!?! As the healthy eater in the group, I felt skimped on and had to eat again at home. Would definitely recommend and return, but choose a different (larger) salad.

Waylon’s was a great place! Went there for brunch on a Sunday morning and they open at 11. Full by 11:30. The decor and atmosphere is great and open. The food was delicious and you can’t beat $2 mimosas. Although the food came out cold, they warmed it up and it was amazing! The Benny and Brisket was delicious and cheesy hash was on point. Would definitely come here again!

Cool atmosphere, but management can be improved. We waited a long time to be seated and our waitress was very inattentive. Food was good though, and I’m sure they will improve as time progresses. Tacos were pretty good!

Came here with the family on a Sunday afternoon. There were a number of families with babies eating here besides ours. We got the nachos, fish tacos and brisket tacos and they were all really good good. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice atmosphere and very clean.Full bar with every kind of bourbon and whiskey imaginable. Ordered chicken taco’s good but needed some spice. Chips and salsa good. Cuban sandwich was awesome and tater tots were got and good. Will definitely be back for repeat visit.

I’ve been here once and have different take aways, mostly positive. Great happy hour drink specials; however, the menu needs a little tweaking if they’re going to compete with Drakes next door to them. I’m going to give them another go because the staff is super friendly and helpful. They have great outside seating and the chicken wings are delicious!
