Great crab house experience! Paper table cover. Mallets. Old bay. Crabs. Just perfect. Fantastic place for classic Maryland crab summer outing. Service was super friendly. Food was excellent. Lots of seating inside and a large patio outside with fans. Large crabs were excellent size, didn’t feel need for XL. Peel n eat shrimp and hush puppies were very tasty appetizers while we waited for crabs. Recommend reservations for weekend. Overall great experience. Highly recommend!

The food is good, prices were not bad and I’d say it’s a solid seafood place to enjoy a nice afternoon. Nestled in a small neighborhood in Rosslyn the restaurant feels very homey with everyone consolidated to the patio area and also plenty of seating indoors. Although we did not have a reservation we did have an opportunity to be seated and enjoy our meal. Staff was kind and friendly and food came fast hot warm and delicious. Would give it a chance and try out the happy hour.

Quarterdeck delivers a great seafood experience focusing on blue crabs, snow crabs, oysters and classic pub fare.
The staff was welcoming from the start. We had a short wait for a group of 10. There is a small bar area that was very accommodating with a friendly bartender ready to serve.
All of the seafood was hot, delicious and served with enough side butter to clog the arteries of a moose.
Great experience – 5 star.

What a feast! The best crab cakes I’ve ever had with big pieces of crabs and so well cooked and flavoured without overwhelming the taste. The crabs were bursting with meat and came piping hot. We had some wings waiting for our crab. Generous plates! We sat al fresco and I loved the relaxed atmosphere. Saw some people digging into the Alaskan crab legs and they looked phenomenal too. Had a wonderful meal washed down with some great iced tea.

1. The crab dip was delicious! Big chunks of crab and its creamy! I normally don’t do crab but this is tolerable.
Crabs were fresh, meaty, briny and sweet.
Crab legs were good and fresh! A bit salty but it’s good.
Nachos were good and fresh! Chips are crispy!
Fried oysters were super fresh and crispy!
Grilled Mesquite Shrimps were nice a BIG! so good!
Frozen daiquiri was really really good.
Crispy chicken was crispy and good.
2. The quality and freshness is on point! Everything came out hot and fresh!
3. Price is UNBELIEVABLE and UNBEATABLE! A lot of food for the price! Good size and quantity.
4. Customer service was great! She was attentive and made sure we had enough melted butter and lemons! Topped off water as well. They made sure we sat outside next to our scooters! Accommodating!
Minus 1 star because the cheese and steak wasn’t really good to be honest and there wasn’t a lot of meat on it; more bread than meat. Some of the crab legs were a bit salty but still tasted yummy. The crispy chicken sandwich I wish had mayo or some kind of condiment on it.

My team came here for a staff social outing. It was hot but their outside area has fans and is under awnings. They were super accommodating for all our requests and kept the food flowing. The oysters and shrimps were amazing! My coworkers had fun eating the crabs. I got a non alcoholic frozen lemonade which was perfect on a hot day. Highly recommend for a fun dining experience!

We absolutely loved our experience there today! Service was exceptional. I made a reservation or so I thought or Swey! for tomorrow the hostess help me in accommodated me by getting us inside. It was so worth it. I ordered the hush puppies crabcake and shrimp and corn on the cob and everything was truly flavorful fresh and delicious. I also started off with a salad which was fresh and I love how they had the old base seasoning on the table. We put on the salad and added such a nice flavor pop! Enjoyed everything and we would definitely recommend this place!

They did not have jumbo crabs, but we were very satisfied with the XL size—plump, flavorful, and clearly in season. You just can’t get crabs like that in New York, which is why we always make sure to enjoy their large male crabs when we’re here. The seasoning was spot-on.
We also had fried oysters, onion rings, and corn—everything was delicious. They accept both cash and credit cards. Do note that if your bill is over $100, a 20% gratuity is automatically added.
There are only two restrooms—one for men and one for women. While the space is ample, it can get crowded quickly, especially during peak hours. We highly recommend making a reservation if you plan to come for dinner.
