A solid 4 stars.

Food, portion sizes, and service all in line with expectations for a hotel restaurant. Spacious and outdoor seating is a plus too.

Almost definitely not worth the full listed price, but Diamond food credits make it a good / convenient option.

You cannot eat raw egg whites, a fact that seems to elude their cooks. I feel stupid complaining abiut such a thing but we are talking about a major hotel in a nice area. The second batch of eggs sent out was worse, somehow severely overcooked and raw at the same time.

534 Bistro is a joke, Saturday NIght Live could have done a filming of the experience we had for breakfast and it would be a hilarious viral social media sensation. A hostess yelling at customers, no available clean tables, apparently either a broken dishwasher or nobody doing dishes. Dreadful food, with mixed up orders (we ended up eating another table’s breakfast). And then mistakes in the bill followed by the waitress scolding us for pointing out the errors. Imagine Dan Akroyd and John Belushi as restaruarant servers intentionally trying to offed customers like we are prisoners in a mess hall. Full on yelling across the restaurant and closing the doors because the restaurant has no clean tables. Only thing missing was an employee food fight. It was so bad, we are ignoring our free breakfast on the second hotel morning and going down the street to pay for breakfast. Hilton should close this restaurant. Until they do, avoid 534 Bistro like the plague.

At least one hour wait for food both nights here, one cook and I’m pretty sure he only has one arm. The cook can’t multi task and finishes one order before starting the next , I ordered a shrimp cocktail and waited , next night a salad and one hour plus wait, terrible

Great Hotel, But the Restaurant? Not Ready for Prime Time.

Ah, tradition. Every year, this hotel books solid for the big weekend. And every year… its restaurant is caught completely off guard, as if the crowds were some shocking surprise.

This time? A mystery menu (because writing things down is overrated), a skeleton crew scrambling to keep up, and a dining experience best described as “aspirational.” Last year, it was a beer cooler meltdown. This year, it was just general unpreparedness.

Look, it’s a beautiful hotel in a prime spot. But in a competitive market, where plenty of places actually plan ahead, “nice” only gets you so far. If you enjoy rolling the dice on whether they’ll be staffed, stocked, or simply ready to serve… go for it. Otherwise, plenty of better options are just down the road.

The bartender just quit because no one showed up for work. I’ve never seen anything like this before at any hotel bar/restaurant, much less a Hilton hotel. Well hopefully the food ordered will be better than the service here…

We arrived with a large stroller for breakfast since we are staying in the connected hotel. The hostess was uninterested and very dry. We felt like a burden more than a guest. We were told we are being seated down the stairs. There were no handicap accessible seating options available without going down the stairs and breakfast was being seated below. Very un accommodating for anyone with wheels. We have twins under 2. They only have a single high chair.
Once we got settled we thought the worst was over. Set up one baby in a booster which is not ideal if you have toddlers.
We ordered –
Hot chocolate
Lemonade
Steak and eggs, scrambled and no pink for the steak
Chocolate chip pancakes
Two eggs breakfast with bacon and hashbrowns
Yogurt and granola off the kids menu

What we got
Cold- hot chocolate
Toast that was so stale it clinked on the plate and crumbled to power with the first bite
Potatoes that were undercooked and powdery
Steak that was medium rare… at best, also cold
Scrambled eggs that were way over cooked and rubbery
Bacon that would have sufficed for bacon bits they were so crispy and dry. And also cold.
The yogurt and granola off the kids menu was a parfait in a big glass with pie filling. Not what we wanted for the babies.
For a $70+ breakfast this is absurd and ridiculous.
They took off the steak meal… great. Still paid $50 for a breakfast no one ate and we had to leave to go find food elsewhere.

Went in for lunch and they had 1 person working. It took 30 minutes to be seated and 40 minutes for order to be taken. When I arrived there was only 1 waitress and the kitchen staff was helping her run the food. Understaffed, no management in sight. Thankfully another waitstaff arrived to help after 40 minutes. I wish I could split the review and the waiter that showed up later was excellent

The food at the hotel was absolutely atrocious. We opted for the buffet, which had a set price, but it was clear that the food was not prepared by a skilled chef. The quality of the food was poor and the quantity was non-existent. Despite the wait staff’s promises that more food was on the way, the kitchen failed to replenish anything other than bagel pizzas. To make matters worse, the wait staff was unable to provide a wine menu, and instead directed us to the display case to select our wine. Furthermore, the restaurant did not have enough plates or cutlery, so we were forced to use plastic forks and paper plates. The wait staff was incompetent and overwhelmed, and it took almost an hour to pay for our meal. This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately the crab cake was spoiled. Which could’ve cause food poisoning. As soon as it arrived to my table it smelled funny, when I put my fork in it I immediately knew I would be sick if I even tasted it. Crab is supposed to smell sweet when it’s fresh. They took it off my check but that’s concerning. The waiter was nice .
