I’ve been going to this Charlie’s for 4 years. All the staff are wonderful except for one lady. She is ALWAYS rude to me. I have to repeatedly ask for my discount. And normally I can tollorate it but today pissed me off when I watched her prepare my food and she only gave me a small amount of blue cheese with my meal. I had to walk back and ask for more blue cheese which she rolled her eyes at me for. I’m sick of the attitude and how difficult she makes getting my lunch.

I visited Charley’s and had a great experience with the cashier, Hailey. She greeted me with a smile, double checked my order, and handled everything quickly. She was polite and professional the entire time, which made my visit much more enjoyable. I really appreciate the excellent service.

First time eating here and I enjoyed it. I got the bacon chipotle chicken and the cheese and bacon fries. The sandwich was made right and the ingredients were fresh. Fries were good just a bit undercooked. Fries inside weren’t soft. Would try again.

Been a LONG time since I was in a mall, especially during the “holiday season” and Brass City Mall is a Ghost Town.
I came to warm up and eat some lunch, but there were no people at the stores and a few were getting food.
I was going to get some Sakura Japanese food but the place was filthy so I opted for Charlie’s Philly Steak at Brass City Mall, Waterbury, Connecticut USA . The food was quickly made to order and looked almost as good as it tasted. Gonna have to hit Cinnabon for a take home dessert
