I’m extremely disappointed with this Wendy’s location. I placed a fairly large order, and when I got home, half of it was missing. This is now the third time I’ve tried giving this location another chance. The last time I ordered, the food was cold and the bread was hard and stale.
It’s frustrating to spend your money and not receive what you paid for — especially repeatedly. I won’t be returning to this location again.

Asked for sauce and a worker claimed sauce was an extra .50 ok no big deal. I go out to my car and grab my wallet and come back in the manager hands me 5 sauces and says they do not charge for sauce. Careful who you talk to some workers just want to pocket some money

From out of town, pulled up late with a budget truck, had no issues getting my order taken.
Food was just fine, exactly what I’d expect from Wendy’s, only thing that could have been different was if the fires were salted more, seemed like there really wasn’t much on them, honestly though that’s been my experience at nearly every place in the past few years it’s always a hit or miss, for some that may be more preferred anyways.
Over all pleased with the experience, no issues with any employees was nice and simple. Thank you.

Ordered a cold brew through the app. Got the wrong drink, when I asked to have it fixed, they told me they were out of cold brew. They offered to replace it with a Frosty, I asked for chocolate, they told me they were out.
I asked, “Well, what can you make?”
He replied “Well what do you want.”
Me: “I asked for the two things I want and you said you can’t make it. So im asking what drinks you CAN make”
At this point he just kept repeating that they were “out of the stuff” and acted confused about a basic question. When I asked for a refund for the drink, he told me to do it through the app. No apology, just closed the window.
We got a courtesy refund through the app and let them know about the manager being unprofessional.

Ordered ahead online, still waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with no one waiting ahead of me. I ordered and PAID for a cheese baked potato, but got a cold, dry potato with a packet of butter to try to melt on top. Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe was thrown together and too messy to actually eat. Super disappointing to have wasted my lunch break on this place, as the traffic in the area doesn’t allow for many other options.

Fries were sooo old and mostly cold that they were hard yet deflated. No crisp left. If you’ve had old fries that sat under a heat lamp before you’ll know what I’m talking about. The lettuce on the burger was wilted dark green, burger wasn’t warm. I had to ask for straws, got no napkins. This was my first and last time at this Wendy’s.

I do not usually leave reviews but it’s always something at this Wendy’s. I came to get a quick bite bc I have food cooking at home. Just to get there and the girl at the window is deep into her phone she can’t hear. I said mobile order 4-5x just to get to the window and nothing made sense. Burger folded bad, missing nuggets, they didn’t have any BBQ or Sweet and Sour. They actually thought it was funny tbh. Pull off look inside the bag for fries and they didn’t even put enough in the SMALLEST size!!! I cannot make this up. Tried to get my money back Reggie couldn’t give a damn. I told him that im letting his manager and corporate know bc this is two meals back to back that they messed up. Rather than attempting to add more to this XXS fry I got (I haven’t ate any in the picture) he just gives a blank stare saying he can’t refund mobile orders. Like accommodate to avoid a negative review going steps above you??? Guess not though. It’s already slow at this location the least you can do is have supplies and customer service skills. Something. But again this is why I hardly eat out bc it’s no excuse for such behavior/acts. I’m a manager myself I know how it feels seeing negative reviews but this is beyond ridiculous. The service at this location literally never fails. Just shut it down atp.

This crackhead looking drunk with rotten teeth tried to get a kid in trouble because the lid was not put on properly and my drink spilled over! I was charged for another drink! Wendy do better the young kid knew better and was giving me the replacement drink for FREE than the crackhead drunk with rotten teeth in her mouth. Then she screaming telling the kid to come over! I just stopped her and told her I do not want the kid to get into trouble over a $2 drink! Like really and I just paid for another drink! Do better Wendys and teach your managers about customer service! Accidents happen! Just do better! And give the kid a promotion because he has excellent skills than the crackhead no teeth drunk manager do!

We were just passing through and wish we had kept going!!!!! This is the worst Wendy’s ever. From the messy dining are to the food, to the staff. All of it was terrible. The were out of baked potatoes, chili, salads!! They messed up both of our orders, only 4 people total, how is it that hard to mess up just 4 meals when they don’t have much food to deal with!!! Needless to say that was a one and done for us!!
