I come here right before work to get my dinner. I came Saturday only for them not to have hot sauce and honey packs. I said ok the truck has to run. Today I stopped and had to remind the cashier of my sauces. I get to work and they is no gravy on my mash potatoes. I can’t even go back bc I work part time today smh.

First time trying Bojangles. We tried here because our favorite chicken spot was closed by the house. I must say the food was GOOD! We ordered two 8 Piece Dark meat combos. The baked Mac and cheese, the dirty rice, the fries… the flavor of the chicken… all were very good. We will definitely give this restaurant another shot. The problem we had was the attention to detail by the staff. We ordered two 8 piece dark combos and got mixed chicken (which was NOT what we preferred) and we ordered several sauces (at a $.50 charge a piece) and never received our sauces. Because we ordered the food off line the meal was already packaged in a large box when we arrived, so we didn’t know that things were missing/different until we got home.

Been coming here for years. They have lost their way. Badly cooked chicken, tiny pieces, very little flavoring. Ugh…just go to publix deli or popeyes. These are two of the wings we got and a thigh (smallest ive ever seen) and the skin tasted terrible.

Hot there early morning so their biscuits weren’t ready yet we were told 10 min. I asked if I could go ahead and have my large sweet tea and my husband’s coffee apparently it too wasn’t ready so we were told to pull to a parking spot and they would bring it out we didn’t get our drinks so we went back through the drive thru and explained then was told to pull back out into a parking spot once again and had to wait all whilst the cashier at the window was very unpleasant and seemed as if we was just a huge bother from

Came front door at 9:30am. No one at the counter and 3 employees in kitchen all had ear buds in so didn’t hear me saying hello. Cash only because card reader not working. Ordered chicken biscuit and it was already in a stack of wrapped biscuits. Dry flat piece of chicken and biscuit crumbled. $4.68.

Usually quick service and good chicken. Unfortunately not today. No cars in the parking lot and no customers inside should have been my warning. The register was down. The guy working on it never looked up, just kept scrolling on his phone. The gentleman from the drive through finally told me that I would have to place my order with him. Ok, I’ll have an 8 piece. He replied that they only have dark meat. I ask how long before he has other ready. At least 15 minutes he said. Ok I’ll wait. Then he adds , “but have to marinate it too.” No thanks. I’ll think twice before I roll the dice on them again.

A couple of minutes at the red light. Another few minutes to get parked in the parking lot. No cars went through the drive through and no customers were in the building. Their primary product is down to a few dried out looking legs and thighs but they haven’t started another batch until someone asks for them? Then tries to extend the estimated time?

As a professional DoorDasher, I used to do pick ups there every day. But the service is terrible in there. The food is never ready, and they lock the doors! Yes, THE DOORS TO THE RESTAURANT ARE LOCKED!!

If your restaurant has open for business hours, and you’re one of the only restaurants serving breakfast, why would you lock your doors to anyone?

As a delivery professional, my time is valuable. Time is money. And if I have to get out of my car and go to a locked door, and then be told to go to the drive-through, and then they take everyone in the drive-through before they service your order, why would you continue to take orders from there?

I have declined all Bojangles orders ever since it took me 15 minutes to get a simple breakfast. Clearly, there is no training going on up in there. DoorDash orders should be equally as important as or customer orders in the drive-through line. But somehow the people in there don’t get that.

I have never eaten the food, and on a positive note, smells fantastic. But as a professional delivery person, the service is so bad that they cost me money.

Thank you so much for responding! I will of course give the restaurant another chance! I appreciate the response very much.

No gravy on the potatoes, fries were overcooked and hard, chicken sandwich was so overcooked and old it looked like a piece of jerky.

This place has become a joke. The service is slow, and the store is constantly out of stock on items. My hunch is the store pays so little its workforce has no reason to care. My favorite issue was today the store was out of biscuits. How do you run out of biscuits? Back to my point the service sucks, the food sucks. No wonder the other Bojangle locations in Birmingham have closed.
