Decent dinner here, but overall not impressed much. Appetizers were disappointing: asparagus dish was served cold intentionally, but I think it would’ve been better warmed and it was also underseasoned. Spinach and artichoke dip supplied few chips and I think Trader Joe’s frozen one is just as good, if not better. The karaage chicken also didn’t come with any kind of mayo for dipping, which feels pretty common for that type of dish. We did enjoy the mushroom sushi, however!

The entrees were better, but the bar was not high. Solid pizza and short rib pasta, but I’m not going back to the restaurant for it. I would come back for the wagyu burger though! Definitely on the smaller side, but it was tasty and came with good fries.

Service was just okay—we had to ask for water refills and they eventually brought out ranch for the chicken after we had already finished it (I used it for the pizza though).

We’ve been coming to Bianca for a number of years and have tried most of their dishes. Our favorites are the rotisserie chicken salad and mushroom dip sandwich. The salad has a great dressing and it always tastes very fresh and satisfying. It’s on the pricier side for a salad but it has a good combination of veg and maybe too much chicken. I think more veg and less chicken would be a more balanced salad. The mushroom dip sandwich tastes good but can be very inconsistent sometimes. It can be too salty and too cheesy at times. Lately, the pizza doesn’t taste the same, not as tomatoey and tangy and undercooked on the bottom the last two times. Overall, the food is fine and we can reliably have a quick meal in a pleasant atmosphere.

The servers are generally friendly and efficient. They always seem rushed and busy however, and it can take a bit to flag one down. Our recent dinner on a chilly night, we sat near the rear entrance. There was a cold draft every time someone comes in or out, which was very frequent during dinner time. It’s surprising that over the number of years that the restaurant has been at this location that they haven’t address this issue. A curtain or something would really help.

I tried the wood-fired mushroom pizza, tuna tartare, and a pasta dish. The experience was a bit unusual—not bad by any means, but nothing particularly memorable either. The food was well-prepared, and there’s really nothing to dislike, yet it lacked that extra touch that makes a meal stand out.
That said, Bianca offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, making it a decent spot for a laid-back weekend evening if you’re staying local. It’s a solid choice for a casual dinner without too many expectations.

We love Bianca’s! The pizza is delicious. Our team created the balloon display at the restaurant for a recent (and very snowy) community event. Highly recommend them!

We went with a group of 6 but our meal was a disappointment. The music was so loud and intrusive that it was impossible for us to talk without yelling. We ordered drinks and appetizers, but although we were ready our server never returned to take our food order until long after the appetizers had been delivered, finished , and we’d been sitting with dirty plates for quite a while. After we finally had a chance to order the mains still took forever. And after all that, none of the food was worth the wait. The chicken and salmon were swimming in pools of oil, the side of rigatoni had an odd “smoked” tomato sauce , which was just a bad idea. We spent 2 1/2 hours for a very lackluster meal with terrible service. In the end we had to insist that the hostess find our server so we could pay and leave (at first she refused and said we’d have to wait). We noticed the table next to us was having the same problem trying to check out. Not worth a return trip.

Service: Came here on a Friday night with reservations. No one was standing in the front. Staff members hurried around back and forth, kept saying someone would be with us. After 10 minutes of standing around, someone finally came to the front and showed us to our table. The waitress who served us seemed a little lost and distracted. Seemed like they couldnt find our table to deliver food as we saw the person holding our pizza wandering around for a while before she finally came to ask if we had ordered it.

Food: simply terrible. The pizza was floppy and not well cooked. The sauce was salty. I could have made a better one at home.

Atmosphere: large area, well lit, many tables and a bar in the back. They also had a private dining area for a large party.

This is our first time dining at Bianca. We arrived around 3:45 pm on a sunny Saturday day so we had the entire indoor dining room to ourselves. Bianca is using contact tracing and temperature checks which we liked along with everyone wearing masks. The tables are generously spaced for social distancing. Our server was the funny and charming Ethan. We started off with sharing the Little Leaf Salad which had a nice mix of lettuces with a pinch of salt that complemented the onions. I enjoyed an adult beverage called Strawberry Fields that was super tasty. I had the Japanese Fried Chicken and one slice of sautéed wild mushroom pizza with pepperoni that was delicious. My wife had just the mushroom pizza. We both had unsweetened black iced tea. For the grand finale, I really enjoyed the warm, freshly baked chocolate chip cookie that was delicious. I can highly suggest Bianca if you are in the area. We also didn’t feel rushed which reminded us of our experiences in Europe. Bonus, the restrooms are also very clean with options of drying hands with either a Dyson air dryer or paper towels.

Salads were incredible. Delicious dressing super fresh ingredients. Pizza was really good as well, wood fire style delicious crust, but the margaherita lacked some cheese and no fresh basil. Tasted good but missed the mark. The burger is definitely good but not “the best burger in Boston” as they claim. Same with the mushroom sandwich, was solid but not wow. Bar selection was really great as well. 4.5stars

First, I want to say that coming at 3 PM. I did not expect much. Very soon after we arrived our waiter said that he would be leaving and that a new server would be taking his place. That’s fine. Did she ever come over and introduce herself no did she ever see if we wanted to order anything else,? No. I assume the person that brought us our appetizer was a white person but I actually don’t know. We ordered the cauliflower and broccolini. It was me but tasty. The Romasco sauce was amazing. Then we sat, and we sat, and we sat, and we sat waiting for our meals. We practically finished our wine and sat. Without exaggeration, 45 min went by. I finally asked the manager to check on our food. approximately 15 minutes later, our food came out. It looked lovely. It turns out what I thought was a smoked half chicken turned out. It was only smoked Ojo so clearly liquid smoke had been used. I suffered the price all night as that does not agree with me. My friend got the chicken Parm the pasta was ever cooked, and it was deconstructed. The only choice of french fries on the menu where truffle fries which am my mind is something you do to try to make yourself fancy with very little effort. All in all the food was fine. It was not exceptional and it was outrageously expensive for what we got. I would not recommend this eatery in a sea of many others.

My friends, colleagues, and I love Bianca! The food is delicious, especially the pizza. Super unique cocktails that are beautiful and taste great too. Don’t forget the parmesan truffle fries— some of the best in town.
