Ive been to about 3 other Pizza Pipeline location and this is the best one. You get friendly service, fast pick up times and the pizza at this location just seems better. If you go on weekends durning the day and I recommend you do you’ll probably meet Will. He is a true professional, he works so hard to make sure you’re happy with your food and that you’ve received the best service. We need more people like him. If he isn’t a GM by next year I will have lost all faith in the upper management and owners. This man represent your company as if he owned it himself and I see nothing but happy people coming back. If youre going to get Pizza Pipeline this is the location you must order from.

I ordered food to pick up from the Trent location. one medium pizza a half order of cinnamon Trixie sticks and a half order of garlic Trixie sticks. Both orders of the sticks were completely raw in the middle only half cooked extremely doughy. I called to let them know that they served me raw food. I was not expecting free food and I definitely was not going to drive back to get it if they offered. But they didn’t offer anything not a coupon or anything. All I got was oh sorry about that thanks for letting me know. That is not how you handle the situation when you serve raw food to customers.
That is not cheese in the garlic sticks that is raw dough.

Super bummed. The Millwood Pizza Pipeline has been our delivery pizza of choice for years. However, this time we are far from impressed. We’ll give it one more try, but if it hasn’t improved then we’ll send our business somewhere else. Tonight we received what appears to be a medium pizza in a large box and our other pizza is so full of grease the crust is oozing and all you can taste is grease. The cost of this pizza is not worth it if we aren’t not getting the amount we order or the quality we’ve previously experienced.

I ordered a Pizza and Cinnamon Sticks. Right when I opened the pizza box to the first pizza it looked absolutely inedible. Burnt, So much sauce and a thin layer of cheese. So I called and they asked if I’d like to be refunded or another pizza. Well since we would still like something to eat after waiting an hour for the first pizza we asked for another, she told me it would take awhile and I didn’t mind. When the second pizza got here the delivery driver said “she told me to let you know this is the least we could cook the pizza” WHAT?! I just wanted a normal pizza, not undercooked or overcooked. Usually their pizza is great. The second pizza wasn’t burnt but so horrible. Caked in sauce and no cheese. I’m so disappointed because this is usually my favorite pizza place and I have never had a single complaint about their service. After tonight I’m not sure I’ll order from here anymore.

This is my first time stopping by this Pizza Pipeline at this location. All I can say is your employee made my Taco Pizza perfect. It wasn’t soggy nor burnt. Just perfect. Not only was my pizza perfect, she was very friendly and presented herself with a smile. Unlike your other store on Sullivan. She didn’t cook the lettuce and tomatoes with my pizza that makes it mushy. She put the lettuce and tomatoes last after cooking the pizza. My pizza was just delicious. She needs to come over to the Sullivan branch and teach them how to cook ( lol ). So now I will continue to go to the Trent location instead of the Sullivan branch. Keep up the smile and keep making great pizza. 5 Stars All Around..

Do not order delivery.
Their delivery service used to be ok, however, I’ve had the following experiences in the last year several months apart:
1. Waited over an hour, called and discovered their ticket system was down so they didn’t know whose order was whose. I clarified and they brought it to me 2 hours after my original order time. . . They brought the original pizza they had made 2 hours prior by order of their manager, according to the driver. It was recommended to me that I call and ask for a fresh one as the pizza they brought me was noticeably browned and aged.
2. I gave them a second chance today and ordered at 6:30. Called and left a message at 7:30. Called again at 8, and the lady was very kind and apologetic, saying that they were more slammed than usual for Valentines Day, but she was sending it right over. Sure enough it arrived about 20 mins later and it was fresh this time.
Overall, slight improvement. I will not order delivery from here again since I can’t make my kids wait over 2 hours every time I order them pizza.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. Quality of food is poor as well with huge delay times on food with no notice of delay. Poor poor option for pizza anymore. Especially for the price.

I’ve loved pipeline for years. When I lived on the north side I stopped eating there mostly because they were always so rude at the Division store. After moving to the valley we ordered from this store and had a great experience. Same pizza I’ve always loved but both on the phone and in the store they were cheerful and helpful. I got there before the pizza was ready and the girl at the counter offered to bring my order out to me in the car when it was ready. The little things in life…
