The customer service was awful. The front desk was completely empty. It was almost as if this was barren land. When someone finally took my order, a guy named Travis, he was high. I could see his bloodshot eyes and I could smell it on him. When I finally got my pizza, it was like eating dry, stale cardboard. The only thing it had going for it was the marinara. The floor was actually a little slippery but it was not wet nor was there a sign. That is very dangerous. The wings were subpar. I would much prefer dry wings from a random gas station get wings from this pizza hut again.

I ordered online for pick up. Paid online. Went there when it said READY. Waited for 30 minutes then someone showed up at register asking “have you paid for it?” Then the person went to another customer and did the same thing, then I asked where’s my pizza? Then the person asked for my name again..

I have been waiting at Pizza Hut for over an hour for a remake because their pizza dough was excessively oily, resembling a meat and cheese dish. The General Manager or owner should review the security footage and consider retraining or terminating the staff, as they appear to be inattentive to the numerous customers present. I requested a refund, which was denied. Had to act a fool to get a refund. They gave me someone else pizza as well. You better look an check your food. Check the bottle as well that’s the main part

Now serving hair! Employees were very rude, especially the general manager, she was very loud and unprofessional, they would not refund my money. One employee admitted to it being his hair before the general manager told him to shut his mouth. All I wanted was food because I didn’t have the strength to cook after finding out my grandfather died today, so yeah I guess it’s “kick a grieving man while he’s down” day for Pizza Hut employees. I have also reported their behavior, photos of the employees and 5 slices of hairy pizza to corporate.

Ordered on Grubhub because I could not go out at the time. Payed 1.80 for pepperoni and another 1.80 for the pepperoni cups. I received at most, 10 pepperoni cups on my whole pizza and a whole slice that was just cheese.

There’s never anyone up front to assist. They take over 30 minutes every time I come in. Just all around bad service. I definitely don’t recommend it.

I ordered a large pizza and wings. When I arrived, they said they couldn’t make my wings because they had to “clean their fryer grease,” which I’m not sure why they couldn’t have called and told me that once they realized it was an issue. Apparently they also had to “clean” the sauce off of my Pizza too, as my Pizza was just a slice of bread with pepperoni on it.
They gave me a $2 discount on my pizza and refunded my wings to compensate me. Looking back, I think the $2 discount was just them not charging me for the tomato sauce that they didn’t put on my pizza.
Not a good experience.
