Decided to stop by here while waiting on our flight back home and ended up having the BEST birthday and brunch vibes at Grails Miami! Huge shoutout to the real MVPs — Key and Nacho! From the moment I walked in, they showed nothing but love. The service was top-tier, the energy was unmatched, and they made sure my birthday felt extra special. Drinks on point, attention on point, food great, and the hospitality? 10/10. If you ever stop by here, ask for Key and Nacho — they understood the assignment and then some. I felt celebrated, positive energy and the love from the moment I walked in the door. And we can’t forget the cute sneakers memorable glasses that they let you take home! Thank you for making my birthday one to remember! 10/10 and will definitely be back! Yall definitely check this spot out!

We visited Grails twice on our trip to Miami. Paige was a very attentive server. The food was hot and delicious. The DJ had the best music. They put on the game we wanted to watch too! Highly recommend all the way around!

Grails in Wynwood is a must-try for an incredible dining experience. The MVP Platter is a standout—every component cooked to perfection. The truffle fries are addictive, and the pork belly quesadilla is simply top-tier. Every visit is consistently amazing—great food, great service, great vibes. Highly recommend!

Vanessa was so great. Even tho the food wasn’t the best, Vanessa made sure I was happy and made sure everything was correct. she was very attentive and even gave recommendations to go out after. She’s the best thing about this place. Definitely coming back

Came in about 10 minutes before the kitchen closed but already knew what I wanted. Ordered nachos and salmon jerk pasta. The cheese was cold, and very little cheese/toppings. Had to ask for warm cheese. They brought a separate bowl of warm cheese. The pasta was dry. Silverware was dirty so I asked for plastic..they said they didn’t have any. She brought out more silverware which was still dirty. (See photos of unused silverware) So I couldn’t eat my pasta/salmon until I got home. Had to ask for water to wash down the nachos. Had to use my fingers to put my food in a to go container. Female waitress expressed irritation. She kept going back and forth to a black male with braids each time we asked for something, repeating what we asked for/complained of. 2/5/26 at 10:50 pm. Spent a little over $80. Will not be returning

The food and drinks here were superb! My bf and I ordered wings on Wing Wednesday, hot honey jerk (the chef’s secret recipe) and garlic Parmesan and truffle fries. I ordered a spicy vodka passion fruit drink and his was a remy drink, both craft cocktails.
The cherry on top was Lea, the manager. First of all she was so hands on and down to earth I never would’ve assumed she was a manager.. but as the night continued it was evident in her level of service she isn’t new to this. Friendly, funny, fast! She anticipates customer needs and fulfills them before we can ask. I will be back, 100%! If Grails is wise they’re compensating her appropriately for her expertise bc wow!

this place is such a vibe!!! visiting from ohio and had a great experience here. the music is great and our server walter was amazing, he was so friendly and gave great recommendations not just for food but activities to do nearby and took great care of us. the food was great, i definitely recommend the hot honey jerk wings that are new on the menu and the tequenos are huge and so good too

Our waitress was super nice and went over menu and ordering process well – checked on us numerous times and made good conversation. She also introduced us to their hookah expert who was also really helpful and kept our coals changed. The environment is very welcoming. Would definitely come back again next time we are in Miami . High recommend . Also get the lemon drop !!!!

Great place to vibe. Music is on point. The drinks are great. You can order drinks in these cute ceramic cups. I forgot to take a picture of the food but we ordered poke nachos which were good, burger was good tender and had flavor. The chicken sandwich was crunchy and spicy perfect mix. We also order a Cobb salad which was okay, but in their defense we shouldn’t have ordered a salad. I would come back!
