Beautiful Indian restaurant in the center of Firenze. The menu embodies a vast range of Indian delicacies, however don’t expect anything too spicy here 🙂 Although mildly flavoured, the dishes send you home!

What we ordered: Hyderbadi Biryani, Garlic Naan, Chicken Chilly, Vegetable pakora platter
Highlight of the day: Indian Masala Tea, Pakora Platter
What could have been better: Chicken Chilly (was way too sweet)

PS: The welcome namakpara has my heart!

Hands down, it was a home-kitchen away from home. Bhopindar singh was above and beyond hospitable. Genuine Indian/Pakistani taste. No exaggerated mixed spices, very balanced taste, with free starters, best appetizers, filling mutton karahi (main dish) and sweet lassi was cherry topping. A perfect indian dinner that fed the soul. Thank you for the amazing experience.

During my visit to Florence, I had the pleasure of dining at Spice India Ristorante Indiano, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that immediately made me feel at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, and their kindness reflected the true spirit of Indian culture.

The food was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was prepared with authentic flavors, perfectly balanced spices, and fresh ingredients that brought the essence of India straight to the heart of Florence. From the aromatic curries to the perfectly baked naan, every bite was a reminder of the richness and diversity of Indian cuisine.

What impressed me most was not only the taste but also the attention to presentation and the passion that was evident in every plate served. It’s rare to find such consistency where both the food and service are equally outstanding.

The near-perfect reviews are absolutely justified! Everything was delicious, but the Malai Tikka/Malai Booti was the star of the show. Excellent job!

We were staying about a kilometre from Spice India in Florence and asked if delivery was available. Unfortunately, they didn’t offer it, so we opted for takeaway instead. The food turned out to be really good! The restaurant itself looks nice and is conveniently located.

We had lunch at Spice India Ristorante Indiano on our visit to Florence. The food has authentic Indian taste. We loved the food so much that we packed our dinner as well. They have a wide variety of dishes and the taste is amazing. They served a complimentary ‘nimki’ and some chutney which was really nice.
The attendants are cordial and efficient. The ambience has Indian touch which makes it more appealing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try Indian food.

A hidden gem in Florence. After traveling from more than a week in Europe, we felt completely at home.

We ordered a variety of dishes—samosa, Chicken 65, Paneer Makhanwala, Butter Chicken, and more—and every single item was cooked to perfection. The flavors were authentic, comforting, and full of heart. Special shoutout to the pickles and chutneys—they were outstanding!

If you’re craving Indian food while in Florence, this is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended!
