The service at Red Lobster was solid, our server was attentive and did a good job checking on us throughout the meal.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t really match the price point in my opinion. Red Lobster has always been a place known for the Cheddar Bay Biscuits, but this time they were very subpar and honestly tasted a little off, which was disappointing since they’re usually a highlight.
I ordered the crab legs and they tasted like they were massively overcooked, which made them tougher than they should have been.
The dining area also seemed a bit dirty, which took away from the overall experience.
Overall the service was good, but between the food quality, pricing, and cleanliness, it just didn’t feel like it lived up to what you’d expect.

My server Mark was amazing and made this amazing birthday dessert for me. He was an excellent server! He also did a wonderful job!

Mark really left a mark! He was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond and had us laughing the entire time. He was so attentive to every detail and made sure nothing went wrong.
He truly is so great at his job and making us feel so welcomed! We did order A LOT of food and it was all very good. Mark made sure we had some fresh biscuits to take home as a little midnight snack too. Even though I struggled ordering water and iced tea at the start… lol
We will definitely be coming back and asking for Mark. 100/10 recommend him!

We love going to Red Lobster and this experience was such a good one. Donnovan was so incredible as our server and really made our night. He was very friendly, attentive and just all around a good employee. I watched how hard he works and how above and beyond he went for his customers. I even looked for a manager because I wanted to make sure they know they have one phenomenal server. Truly made this an awesome night out for us and we will definitely be back and will be requesting him! Thanks again!!

My sister Dee and I came in tonight for dinner around 5,the atmosphere was great the food was awesome and filling.we met the best server name Donnovan,were friendly people and love a friendly server.He was very helpful when picking our dinner and drinks.the one thing we liked was he checked and made sure our dinner and drinks were good, if we needed anything. We talked to him a bit when we paid our bill and told him he was a great server and we enjoyed his service. We will make sure when we come again we will all for him for sure.
He loves his job and we wanted you to know you got a good one there.

We had an amazing dinner last night at this location of Red Lobster. They were seating people in a way that wasn’t putting everyone on top of each other. The ambience was quiet and pleasant. Our server, Laney, was such a delight! So friendly, efficient and sweet. All of our food exceeded our expectations and will absolutely return here.

We loved the food and the friendly service. Our waiter , Mark, was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We went a little earlier because it was Friday and we had a reservation,but wasn’t really needed. It was quiet which we loved too. Our dinner was excellent and a decent value.
