Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Help me to understand this, Whataburger…
I pull up to the drive thru and asked for a Avacado Bacon Burger with no onions or cheese, but please add lettuce. The young lady taking my order repeated that back to me and tried upselling as best she could, but I was only interested in the burger. We had no harsh words, or confusion. No rough interaction whatsoever, just placed an order and drove around to the window. No issues at the window, either. I paid for my food, she gave me my bag, at that was it!
So, can someone please tell me HOW I pissed off the person making my damn burger, for them to do THIS to it? ? ? I received NO lettuce on my burger, only the butt of the head of lettuce!!!! WTH is THIS fun, or even “cool” to do randomly do to a customer…. Whataburger??? I would greatly appreciate someone there to PLEASE help me to figure the reason for such disrespect!?!?

I’m really disappointed with the service at Whataburger. I placed my order and they had 30 minutes to prepare it, yet it still wasn’t ready. This isn’t a one-time issue either every time I come here, the service is extremely slow. It’s frustrating to consistently wait way longer than expected for fast food. I hope they work on improving their speed and customer service because this has become a repeated problem.

Great customer service everytime I visit and the food is always hot/fresh… I decided to try the fish sandwich and the fish combo with fries… I honestly will give it a 3.8 based on the texture and taste, don’t get me wrong it’s good for a fast food chain… Next time I would definitely have to add more to the sandwich to make pop…

This review was WELL deserved! I came here at midnight, and ordered a whataburger single combo with a side of 3 chicken nuggets. And OMG everything was fresh and made to order. Ive never went to McDonald’s and got burnt by hot fries at midnight! This food is DELICIOUS at this location at all times with their 24 hours availability. Will definitely only go to this location when I’m in town!

Once at the front, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles. I ordered a Whataburger with extra pickles, a side of fries, and a chocolate shake. The cashier was patient as I browsed through the menu, making friendly suggestions and ensuring I felt right at home. There was even a moment when I felt the urge to ask about secret menu items, and she enthusiastically shared some insider tips!

No other cars in the drive thru, but they make us pull around to the front of the building. Then, force me to walk in to get my food 10 minutes later, at which point they are literally throwing our food on the counter. Horrible service
