Very delicious pizza and exceptional service, I was served by a very friendly cashier who helped me with doubts about my choice of pizza, I think his name is Diego, I will definitely come back for more pizza.

This Little Caesars used to be good never had any issues but it seems like the last couple months maybe even more the quality has plummeted. The pizza is either burnt or undercooked to the point we have to throw it in our own oven because the dough is raw and cold, I usually do orders online and arrive a couple minutes after it’s supposed to be ready and I’m usually greeted by some girl who is a manager or acts like one who will yell at me and tell me to be patient or I’m going to have to wait because they’re behind. It’s not what you say but how you say it. I am very patient I’m never in a hurry when I’m getting food and I’m never rude to employees, but this girl is horrible and if she is the manager this is probably why the food quality has gone downhill. It was very convenient going here since it was on my way home but I guess I’ll have to go to another Little Caesars when I get a craving.

Little Caesars Pizza is good, for what it is. Essentially, fast food pizza. What would push it to the next higher step, not to be confused with “the next level,” is the atmosphere combined with a good crew. Having visited several Little Caesars in the bay area I’ve seen they are basically all about the same atmosphere-wise. A partially stocked beverage cooler, a “pizza locker” in varying condition, and a hand sanitizer station. The front windows are covered with the most recently received versions of the deal of the sale-period. The difference between any of these bay area Little Caesars comes down to the crews. Some neighborhoods have good crews and some have crews as good as the manager’s can find in their neighborhoods.
Perhaps the manager’s could not just offer higher wages to their crews, but expect higher caliber crews for the wages offered, the overall scores from customers might improve.
Pay higher wages. Expect better from the crew. Get a better atmosphere from your crews. Achieve higher ratings from basically the same pizza. (But I’ll bet the pizza will improve as well.) But…small steps.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is I like the pizza and the price. As far as the rest goes as far as customer service & friendliness….. these people here have zero personality and 0 professionalism. They all seem to hate their job and it shows and they do not like people. No smile, no thank you, no nothing. Here’s your pizza get the hell out…. is pretty much the attitude at this place.

I really like the pizza but really Rip you off a regular pepperoni $7.99 and to add another topping it’s $1.99 but what they do it’s customized pizza $ 9.99 plus they add an extra $1.99 it really doesn’t make Sense. I really recommend you guys go to Oakley they won’t charge like this. Disappointed..
I hardly do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IN ANTIOCH..

I’ve been visiting this Little Caesars location for many years for two reasons, one, it’s close to where I live, and two, I’ve always loved the sauce on the pizza. The last couple of years I noticed this particular location skimping on the toppings on the hot and ready basic pepperoni pizza. When the new extra best most Pizza debuted, I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised and how much more pizza there was to enjoy. On the last three or four visits, I find that this location is making the extra best most almost identical to the original hot and ready pizza of a couple of years ago, skimping on the topping again. I don’t know if there is a mandate throughout Little Caesars restaurants for a particular level of quality on each Pizza, or if any individual restaurant can choose to adjust the quality on its own, so the next time I have a hankering for a Little Caesars Pizza, I’m going to go to a different location and see if I experienced the same results. Right now I’m convinced this particular location is shorting its customers.

Okay so I went and bought the special deal 2 pizzas bread sticks. I get home and it looks like the pizza has been sitting for hours so hard to chew same with the beard sticks the lady I talk to about it was horribly rude and said she was the manager I asked her what her name was and how to spell it she said she wasn’t telling me. So I’m pretty sure she was lying about being the manager she said I need to bring the whole pizzas back to get a new one. I told her my 3 kids already eating theirs and she said policy I have to have the whole pizza like really! I told her she needs to toss all the pizza that’s been sitting for to long because it’s not fair for other customers! She hung up on me!
