I found Escape after a google search of the local area. Due to my reliance on Ubers this weekend I was disappointed to discover that they’re not offering sit down service at this time, but with temps being in the 50s I don’t really want to sit outside anyway.

AJ and the other person working behind the counter (I didn’t get her name) we’re SUPER nice and offered suggestions. I love a menu that has pictures and their menu (both online and physical) has lots of pictures and good descriptions of the items.

I ordered Pad See Ew, Crispy Rolls, and Thai iced tea. AJ was so confident in his cooking abilities that he brought the food over so that I could smell it before he bagged it. I like your confidence, AJ. The crispy rolls were hot and delicious and the iced tea was good.

If I lived in the area I’d definitely return. I spent more money than I’d planned on spending but it feels good to support local businesses, especially when traveling.

We were there a couple ago. The food was amazing and flavorful. We ordered seafood pong karii and mango sticky rice. The portion of food is huge compared the price (I can save some for my next meal)and a flavor is similar to what we made in Thailand! We will definitely come back soon. Recommended everyone to stop by!

Wife and I were trying to figure out what to eat and we came across this place. Staff was super friendly, food was amazing. Wife ordered the pompano and the ribs and she loved it. I got the pad see ew and with shrimp and it was super delicious, the sauce was fantastic . My dish came with a good amount of broccoli and shrimp. The shrimp was already fully pealed and pretty good sized. Excuse the photo. The food looked so good that i immediately started digging in. We stumbled upon this place by accident, and we will definitely be coming back. The only “bad” thing to say about this place is that it is available for take out or delivery only. I No dine-in. I highly recommend everyone to try this place. You won’t regret it.

Service was good. Unfortunately, chicken in the pad Thai and in the satay was dry, flavors were bland, and flavorless, rotti was greasy. Big disappointment. Basically, not worth what they are charging. No parking available.

This was our first time here. I like authentic Thai, with fresh ingredients & this was that! Absolutely delicious. The green papaya salad & thai beef salad were incredibly fresh. The yellow curry was fantastic. The mild spice level we chose for the dishes was just right- just a hint of the spice, not completely removed, but not too much. I would say the feeling that the Ingredients were fresh is my best compliment to them becuase that’s really the base for great tasting food.

1st timer. I ordered take-out at the counter. The menu was clearly laid out and had some pictures. The lady who took my order was very nice. The food was amazing! Easily one of the best Thai food I’ve had in a while. I’ll definitely return for more. Their outdoor seating section is cute as well. It has an island jungle vibe.

Need to know: They are currently only take out, no dine in.

I ordered once through google maps on my laptop and saw that they had a great 2 for 1 deal on potstickers. When I got the potstickers I was so impressed! They are so crispy and addictive, no sauce needed to be delicious. Best potstickers I’ve ever had! We also had the tom kha gai soup and yellow curry which were both delicious, and surprisingly spicy for mild. But we enjoyed that. Just a warning if you have a really low spicy tolerance.

The next time I ordered, I thought they had the 2-for-1 deal, but apparently that is only if you order through Uber Eats, which is the way it orders if you order through google maps on a laptop. So if you want the deal, order through Uber Eats! I was ordering over the phone and they said that deal is paid for through Uber Eats, not by the restaurant. But they were so friendly and considerate that they felt bad for us not knowing this and gave us an extra order of potstickers on them!

This consideration of the customer isn’t just limited to that one interaction. They’re the only restaurant I’ve seen that cuts holes in the tops of all their to go boxes for crispy items like spring rolls and potstickers so that they don’t get condensation build up and stay crispy throughout the ride home! You can tell they cut the holes by hand too. That’s so smart and so considerate of the customer.

Definitely check this place out, so delicious and great service!

Very pleased with the foods we got! I ordered via Uber Eats, but would love to visit this place one day and check out their nice patio once it’s warmer outside. I ordered pad kee mao with chicken, medium spicy, and husband got the pad thai with chicken, medium spicy. It came in a container, large portions. We ate about 2/3 and saved the rest as leftovers.

The pad kee mao was good, not too sweet and had good amount flavors. It had good amount of chicken and veggies, and thick noodles. One thing I did not like was the green peppercorn – it came with two stems and some peppercorns were loose. I did not like the taste of it biting into them and it ruined the pad kee mao for me. I typically do not use this when I cook pad kee mao, so I was a bit disappointed and had to pick them out one by one. I would request them to remove this from my dish next time. The pad thai was really good, not too sugary and sweet like most places do. It also had good amounts of chicken. Love the flavors of this one! Both noodles were perfectly spicy for me, medium does have a good kick that even I felt the spice (I eat tons of spicy food). My husband thought it was a bit too spicy but it wasn’t unbearable for him; the pad thai as leftovers weren’t that spicy. I’d love to try their hot spicy level next time. Overall we will definitely order from here again and try other items on the menu and soon we’ll visit the restaurant in person!

Not very good thai food.

Pad Thai with Shrimp – $19
Very bland and the noodles were over cooked.

Mango Sticky Rice – $13
The mango was good, but not enough mango. Some of the rice was under cooked

Pad See Ew with Pork -$17
Way too much pepper, could only taste the pepper, and pork was overcooked and grainy. Noodles were over cooked and falling apart.

Crispy Rolls – $11
Felt like freezer rolls, inside was really soggy and the filling was bland.

Thai Tea -$6
Run of the mill thai tea

Very disappointing experience considering this was Farmhouse Thai’s old location. At these price points, it’s better to just travel to SF or Oakland to get better thai food.

We ordered 5 dishes and every one of them was delicious! This is the best Thai food in the area. What a great find, hope they are here to stay so we can enjoy frequently. YUM
